The worst Kenny Rogers Ive been to 1) who puts onions tomatoes into a Caesar salad? 2) the macaroni and cheese here is awful 3) the Pepsi machine has no CO2

The server is confused about their menu while she’s getting my order. I don’t think if shes new or what. Their food is good tho. (I think, cause I’m hungry that time lol)

Poor tasting food. we ordered a chicken lasagna which was too salty and too small for the price we payed for. also, service is very slow and unaccommodating.

Very disappointing experience. My family and I were going for a weekend dinner. From the outside we saw almost all of the tables are already occupied and many are reserved. We were standing in the front door and one of the crews walked passed us avoiding eye contact, i was at least expecting that somehow she would ask us if were willing to wait for a table to be vacated. So I walked in at the cashier where the manager was also there, Im sure she already saw us waiting at the front door already. I asked the female crew if I need to order first before we can reserve a table or the other way around. She never clearly responded but asked us how many are we. Her voice sounded like we will even owe them for dining in. I was so disappointed with this kind of customer treatment and left. Im sure the manager and other crews saw us but I dont know if they intentionally ignored us or what. But one thing is for sure: we will never dine here ever.

Its fast food atmosphere.... Theyve turned what could have been a nice dining experience to the fastlane...

I expect better than raw chicken sent to my table with no apology nor offer to reimburse me walked out never to return
