Cool 1950s Americana feel with classical Filipino dishes (some with a twist). From the chef of Bale Dutung (theres a book at Downtown that has a picture of chef Tayag and Anthony Bourdain on the back cover). We got there around 1pm, right after the lunch rush, and had the place to ourselves. The lumpia was fantastic, though open, and the Halo Halo came with heavy cream. Delicious!
One of the better restaurants even in Angeles Pampanga. The bagnetta was seriously good, the adobo thing (forgot the menu name) and the bringhe is a must try
Best humba around pampanga
Halo halo is the best!
They serve traditional filipino food here but with a twist. I guess Im just not ready for that yet.
Waited too long, the service is too slow, it took 2hrs for us to be served
