Very nice and clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing breakfast/lobby area with refill coffee. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.

Vorwiegend Koreanisch/Chinesisch genutztes Hotel. Im Zimmer gibt es viele Dinge, jedoch immer mit Preisliste verbunden und Hinweisen es koste. Der Ausbau des Zimmers ist ok, es bestehen aber sicherlich bessere Optionen anderswo. Nachträglich muss ich sagen, die Aircon hat mich krank gemacht.Zum Frühstück und auch sonst kann ich nicht allzu viel sagen, da ich früh Morgens abreiste und das Hotel nur als „Notlösung“ nutzte, allerdings wohl nicht wieder.

우선 조금 일찍 체크인,늦게 체크아웃 했는데, 그것에 대한 가격이 비싼편입니다. 호텔 시설은 특히 샤워부스의 문은 오래 되어서 빠지기 일쑤였고, 침대는 너무 삐걱거리고, 매트리스상태도 안좋은 편임. 면도기등 사용은 모두 돈이 들어 가야 되고, 사진에서 만큼 멋져 보이진 않음. security man 은 친절함. 솔직히 카운터 직원들도 친절한 것은 모르겠음. 다음에 가라고 하면 가고 솔직히 다시 예약을 하고 싶지는 않음.

是我第二次去clark imperial,第一次去的印象還不錯，第二次去就很後悔，我住的是Royal suite 一開始有位男管家就一副欠他錢的樣子，，，我就不理他，，，後來浴室的東西壞了，我第一天就反應了，連續三天沒弄好，最後我生氣反應到櫃檯，那個管家還說是我弄壞的，我整個超不爽的拿我的破英文和他理論，，，完全沒有住在Royal suite的尊貴享受，，，反而是受了一肚子的鳥氣，要住這邊要注意一下，要據理力爭，不然東西壞了會被怪在你頭上，說不一定還會要你賠償

Not bad hotel to stay. And have reasonable price. Will choose to stay when I come here.

Like-location is convinient.Dislike--staff not frendly, maybe I looked local so theres no smiling faces. Room- very small. Toilet-need to replace shower & sink. Cupboard not big enough, safe not working, bed squeky sounds, TV only 2-4 channels.

Spacious room but quite old. Wifi was not functioning during my stay as maintenance was going on. Overall, not bad for its price.

At first glance the hotel seems tired however my stay was for 3 days & I ended up enjoying it. The staff were great the location absolutely spot on if you want to experience Walking St, it’s in a quiet side street but close enough & safe enough to walk home at night, all well lit streets with enough foot traffic that I never once felt uneasy. The rooms are outdated but comfortable enough for the price. This is afterall not an expensive accommodation option.

I booked this hotel based on average review and convenience location.During check, hotel staff informed me I have only booked one guest therefore only one breakfast was booked despite I have paid two breakfast as additional costs because the room rate did not including breakfast. After I asked the staff check again and again, and with a supervisor involved, they finally have found my booking conditions. Agreed to have two breakfast which was part of reason coming to Clark visiting my friend and to have breakfast with him. To the hotel staff, it seemed too hard to comprehended.Day 2 - Next morning, the breakfast war has begun. Hotel said only one breakfast, I said two, coming back and forth, I had the breakfast with my friend. The breakfast was 3 half white toast, an egg and few bacon. I asked for tea, sorry it is not included (not every one drink coffee)Day 3 - breakfast time, same war again. This time I have been harassed and humiliated by lounge staff and front desk staff in turn again and again 4 times. Finally I got breakfast peacefully. After breakfast, I demanded to the hotel manager. I was told he/she is not available. I have spoken to the hotel supervisor, shown my booking terms, it was clearly said breakfast for 2. She refused to acknowledge that but at least saw it and confirmed.Day 4 - I had early morning flight, didnt want to have breakfast. But during check out, the same front desk staff pulled out a bill, demanded me to pay an extra breakfast. Seriously?

値段相応の古いホテルです。フロントの対応が悪くWi-Fiが壊れていて使えません。4泊しましたが、トイレットペッパーも無くティッシュの補充もありません。

Staff were very helpful and friendly.Hotel is in an ideal location close to all the nightlife and main shopping mall. A minor criticism would have been on those rainy days a better Tv cable service would have been appreciated , currently they only have several local channels.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean. The location is nice but dont expect any landscaping or exterior amenities. At the weekend there is a brilliant value for money. Would stay here again if I could get the same prices.

We will certainly look forward to staying here again. The hotel was kept very clean. The rooms have all the possible amenities required for a comfortable stay. The general ***ager personally oversaw our needs and made sure to welcome us. Transportation is easy to the hotel. Our money was really worth spent.

즐거움과 힐링이 함께 할수 있는곳

The staffs are all very polite, helpful and friendly.The only concern I had was there are times that the bathroom smells sewer and the toilet seat is not the right size dor the toilet bowl. Smells bad and I had to put air freshner in our room. Stayed there for 6days.

I was looking for a quite place where I could experience Clark, the food in the hotel and service was excellent, very accommodating. the room was clean, quiet, felt safe, slept like a log.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel, welches sehr zentral gelegen ist. Das Personal war nett. Der Service war langsam, das Essen aber gut. Die Duschen funktionierten gut und Duschtücher gab es genug. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Around 10 min walk from the main entertaintment street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The returning guests are not treated very well right from the attitude of the front desk staff. I would stay again if the price was right as the hotel is In a convenient and quiet location just off the main drag.

Because of my flight schedule, I was arrived at the hotel midnight, but the check-in process was smooth. Not so luxually but no problem for sleeping. The around area seemed to be little bit dangerous at night.

The decor is highly sophisticated simplicity. The reception staff are friendly but I was surprised to find that the hotel did not accept any credit or debit card and so I had to go and get some cash to pay my bill. We paid 2300 pesos for a freaking cheap motel.

The staff are hospitable, informed us well on the amenities that we have availed and not availed. Waited for a little while only in the cozy chairs in the lobby, our room is ready after a very short time of waiting.

The hotel and the furniture is a bit outdated but kept clean. The bathroom is a bit dark but clean with good water pressure and hot water.

Hotel is good as resting place only. Food not great. Close to establishments which is a plus. Located also in the red light district of angeles.

We followed the directions going to the hotel (which were wrong btw) and got scared why we were being sent to very secluded and shady places. Quite expensive for what we got. The Shower Enclosure compartment was leaking water out to the Toilet common area after each time I have had my shower.

次回も利用したいと思いました。ホテルの部屋はこじんまりしています。スタッフの方の対応には大変満足しました。

All rooms are smoking rooms. Hence when you first walk in your room you get overcome by the stench. Non smokers of course. Public areas ban on Smoking is in place. Television is restricted to about 6 or 7 chanels. Asian oriented. Lack of Information of Tourist areas. Only reading documents are The Bible and a Restsurant Menu. IMPORTANT.. Could not find inside the Room any FIRE EVACUATION DIRECTIONS. Non non slip matting on slippery tiles in the bathroom needed for not so nimble Guests. All Staff were young and enthusiastic. Placed an order for lunch, Vegetarian meal but got a seafood version of same . Quickly replaced when staff were informed of mix up. Asked for a white coffee with lunch. Short time later advised they only have black coffee. But can serve fresh milk. (Inexperience me thinks). Generally a quiet,ok experience. Some training and adherence to World Wide Safety practices is a must for Management.
