Elena in the designer handbag department in Anderson SC, is absolutely amazing. I watched her handle a very difficult customer with grace and respect. I always look for her when I shop in her department.

They dont deserve even one star. The most uppety, too good to service the public staff I personally have encountered at any store in the upstate! Rude is an understatement. I just visited this store today with my boyfriend and every employee treated us as if we were beneath their service. Quite frankly wouldnt have spent any money in the store based soley on customer service even though the merchandise is very appealing and for the most part affordable.

Every once in a while they have something on sale I like. I buy dresses for my wife and daughter here. The prom dresses were really pretty. My daughter loved the ones we got her.

While my boyfriend and I were looking at the men’s clothing, this lady kept following us, even though she asked if we needed anything and we (very politely) said no thank you. I know we’re are not sketchy people and she had nothing to worry about us stealing anything. I felt so degraded though. Dillard is nice, but their staff is horrible and has always be conceded older people. New, better, younger, and friendly employees would make Dillard’s a 5 star store. Will not be going back in because of this horrible experience.

The only place that I can find jeans that fit me for $59.00! Code Blue jeansI Love them!!! Best fit Ever!! Size 12s. I put on 25lbs...they still fit. But size 14s fits better. My point is you can put on weight, be bloated etc..and they go back to original size even after 3 years of heavy wear.

I use to love this store ... I went in to purchase a purse and one of the sales associates acted as if I didnt exist... Didnt ask me if I need any assistance... When I got ready to purchase my purse her response was... That one isnt on sale.... my response back was... I didnt ask you if it was... I will not be back into this store anytime soon... The customer service in the purse department is terrible.

I was really upset with the customer service from Candice. I love the store and products, however it seems like they need to work on employment. Candice was really rude to me and had very passive aggressive things to say to me about my weight and overall appearance. Really disappointed and overall extremely upset.

Associates are very helpful from the time you enter. Sheila in womens was very courteous and helpful to me. Directing me to clothes I may be looking for. Prices are reasonable. I will be returning for more.

My experience with Dillard’s is mixed. It is a beautiful department store with your standard items. I notice that the floor people will help some people and not others. Also, I noticed the men’s clothes does not seem to get new clothing lines like the other department stores. Concerning returns, they can be difficult and always requires a manager and stubbornness on your part to get a return especially with bedding. Not a pleasant experience with that. Overall average , seen better and seen worse.

A large, clean, well lit department store, part of a large national chain. Focus primarily is on clothing and accessories for men, women, and children, along with bedding, linen, kitchen items, and seasonal merchandise. Prices are fairly reasonable and service is good.

Great place to go Christmas shopping on a budget because they let you just walk out with anything. They have a security guard that isnt allowed to stop you. Its awesome. If he tries they are soo afraid of a lawsuit that they will fire him before they stop you. Trust me I used to be the security guard.

Mr. Mark, in the mens section, helped me tremendously today. I explained that I have a beach/golf trip to Edisto Island, and he came up with so many great ideas that I spent $1,000 on an amazing selection of clothes for the whole week!!! Thank you Mark!!!

When Dillards first opened they had the BEST customer service. Managers NOSE BLIND! Now, NO ONE calls during a sale. Why is it my JOB? I dont work there!
