Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Exzellent war das japanische Restaurant mit den Starköchen, die mit viel Hingabe für uns gekocht haben, Kochkunst vom Feinsten.Das Hotel ist eine Klasse für sich und sehr stilsicher eingerichtet. Sauberkeit top. Ihr Chef de Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, top Gastgeber. Weniger toll fand ich den kalten Innenpool auf den ich mich besonders gefreut habe, vielleicht hätte der Aussenpool etwas Wärme dem Innenpool abgeben können. Ein paar Wegweiser im Spabereich würden helfen den Weg dorthin zu verkürzen. Aber selbstverständlich ist das Chedi grosse Klasse für eine kurze Erholung vom Alltag.

Un pur déliceJai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour mon anniversaire et vraiment, cela a été une très belle expérience.Une ambiance raffinée avec tout dans le détail. On se sent comme envelopper dans cette atmosphère de détente.Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et agréables.Les espaces communs sont assez nombreux pour se retrouver seuls dans un petit coin afin de se détendre.Les espaces bien être sont très agréable. Je vous conseil dy aller le matin, car moins de monde ou à lheure du dîner si vous voulez être quasi seul au monde.La piscine est un délice avec les sofas qui vous permet de vous relaxer en toute aisance.Les différents restaurants sont également un délice.La décoration est soft, mais luxuriante, elle vous appelle à vous détendre dès votre arrivée.Avec plaisir, je retournerai dans cet hôtel en famille, entre amis ou même seul pour un moment de relaxation.En une phrase je dirais : Détendez-vous, nous nous occupons de tout.Merci Mélissa C.

We had booked 2 nights at the Chedi for December 2020 based on family recommendations. After reading the reviews I was intrigued to see how our experience would turn out. The deluxe suite was unbelievable, we could have stayed in the suite the entire time we were there as it was breathtaking. The best part of our time here was the interactions with the staff. The entire staff was very friendly, engaged and inviting. I do have a few call outs that really made our stay memorable, the New Zealand bell hop gave great recommendations, Stephanie the masseuse provided a relaxing massage, and Vinzenz the wine sommelier and Davidè our server made the dining experience delightful. We looked forward to interacting with the staff mentioned above through out stay as they felt like friends.

I got the chance to visit the best 5 stars hotel. The Chedi was the best hotel i have been to all over Switzerland. The service is amazing. Once you enter the lobby youll be amazed by its great decoration. I had lunch in the lobby, the food and drink are so tasty. The service is perfect. I got the chance to visit one of the rooms in Chedi along with the pool area. It was stunning. I highly recommend The Chedi for a ski vacation as the station is so near and taking a train for only 15 mins you will reach the top of Andermatt.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff truly goes above and beyond (I never really knew what that meant until I stayed at The Chedi). Hotel interior is amazingly beautiful and grand and stylish. Our Junior Suite was fantastic. The restaurants are phenomenon especially the Michelin star Japanese Restaurant. I loved the heated outside pool with views of the surrounding mountains. But what I loved the most was the spa with the many saunas and baths on the lower levels.The only thing that was not amazing was that we were there in May and the town of Andermatt is basically shut down and nothing is open outside the hotel. (But that is not the hotels fault and there is enough to keep you fascinated and happy in the hotel).

The best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! The pool, the food, the quality deluxe room, the staff, the service and everything else was just perfect. They even picked us up at the Göschenen train station, super nice driver (sympathetic Italian, unfortunately cant remember his name). We will be back

Tolles Hotel. Waren nur auf einen kurzen Stop hier. Der Service und das Ambiente sind hervorragend.

Week-end gâché...Dès notre arrivée très mauvaise expérience qui a fait que nous nous sommes accrochés à tous les loupés du personnel.Voiturier 1/5: préfère discuter avec ses collègues que venir nous chercher avec un parapluie étant donné quil pleuvait des cordes. Me laisse rentrer dans lhôtel chargé avec mes affaires, mais court après ma femme, non pas pour la décharger, mais pour lui demander notre nom!? Bref, une fois en réception et avoir posé nos affaires, ils nous demande si nous avons besoin daide. Pas besoin mon coco, le plus désagréable a été fait. Pas besoin de nous aider sur la partie la plus simple !Reception check-in 4/5: réceptionniste aimable, sympathique, professionnelle.Repas du soir 3/5: Délicieux... sincèrement. Mais gâché par lincompétence de lindividu qui a pris note des allergies de ma femme, alors que la réceptionniste, en notre présence, a répété 3x les 4 groupes daliments intolérants pour ma femme. Heureusement que la serveuse na pas perdu son sang froid face aux erreurs de ses collègues. La première erreur, nous lavons prise avec humour, car malgré toutes les dispositions prises, quelquun sétait loupé (il ny a que les gens qui ne travaillent pas qui ne commettent pas derreurs). Les suivantes, nous les avons pas du tout appréciées!!! On nous a offert le café et une infusion. Sur cette dernière, il y a encore eu une erreur, mais cela ma fait plutôt rire. Javais demandé une infusion jasmin/gingembre. Je me suis retrouvé avec une théière de jasmin et une théière gingembre. Curieux, non?Chambre 2/5: chambre spacieuse avec cheminée. Bouteille de vin pour laccueil. Lettre manuscrite nous souhaitant la bienvenue. Petits chocolats. Jusque là, parfait. A 2h du matin, au moment de dormir, en coupant la musique, nous constatons un bruit. Nous coupons la ventilation, rien à faire ce nest pas ça. Il est clair que nous ne voulions pas voir un défilé de techniciens et encore moins être changé de chambre au milieu de la nuit. Ma femme a dormi avec loreiller sur la tête et moi avec mes écouteurs qui passait de la musique classique afin de couvrir le bruit.Petit-déjeuner 4/5: nous navions pas limpression dêtre dans le même hôtel. Personnel sympathique, avenant, professionnel, disponible et soucieux de notre satisfaction. Presque parfait!Réception check-out 2/5: pas de avez-vous bien dormi?, est-ce que la chambre était à votre convenance ?, avez-vous apprécié lhôtel / votre séjour ?. Non, rien de tout ça, juste un simple bonjour, le numéro de chambre, avez-vous consommé dans le minibar?, puis-je débiter votre carte de crédit ?, voulez-vous une enveloppe pour la facture ?, merci et bon retour. !!! Euh... on ne demande pas au client sil est satisfait ? On a peur de la réponse ou est-ce quon sen fiche sil a eu du plaisir?Bref, nous attendions avec impatience ce séjour. Nous nous en réjouissions. Cela va être dur de raconter notre expérience et encore plus difficile de pouvoir recommander cet hôtel. Dommage et triste.

Ist ist Nichts, wenn man allergisch auf Duftstoffe reagiert. Obwohl es sogar im Angebot erwähnt wird, und wir es in der Bestellung hinterlegt haben hat es nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten aber eine super Unterstützung durch ebookers. Die Betten waren nicht perfekt was man für den Preis erwarten darf.

Wow. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Top Service, traumhaft grosse und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer/Suiten mit vielen Extras. Super Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Speziell zu empfehlen: Die einzigartigen Drinks in der traumhaften Chedi-Lounge. Gut zu überlegen: Ein Nachtessen im „the Japanese“ - sicher das beste japanische Restaurant der Schweiz, die Preise sind aber entsprechend gesalzen. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder, es muss ja nicht immer Sushi sein...

Meraviglioso, accoglienza e lusso ci hanno accolti dal primo momento, il personale è fantastico, un ringraziamento a Stefano e al team italiano sempre gentile e preparato.Di sicuro questo è stato il miglior hotel dove ho alloggiato. Upon arriving the friendly valet (a nice guy from spain, aircraft engineer by trade - had a nice chat) took care of my car and took care of bags etc. then after a short wait we checked in, got some welcome tea and hot towels which was fantastic and then a hotel tour. after that we got to our amazing room, super spacious, wonderful lighting and ambiance.the restaurant was very nice, all the waiters were very friendly and attentive. covid related precautions were everywhere but didnt affect comfort. e.g. lots of space between tables, waiters wearing masks and gloves (by the way, BAG says gloves are not recommended anymore)theres also a cheese tower which a great thing just standing there. who doesnt like a good cheese?!Then theres the spa / pool area which is incredible. the sitting / lounge areas are so nice. the indoor pool is long enough for proper swimming, the outdoor pool is heated nicely. Downstairs theres a selection of 33, 38 and 42 degree hot pools. the 42 one took me while to get in, but it really gets your heart racing. wow.the steam baths there are lovely too. theres nothing at all left to desire. free water in bottles everyone. towels too.Spa treatments (massages) are lovely. the relaxation room they let you go to afterwards is a very nice touch too.I cant wait to go again some time in the hopefully not too distant future.little minuses, which dont affect the rating imho:- i had to speak with staff three (3) times before someone actually fixed the fireplace- TVs (and fireplace selection from ipad) werent working at first due to some system error.- toilet seemed very low and small. the table in the lavatory is too big (Im 1.85m) also the heated water for the bidet function was set to off which was a little shock at first, for anyone visiting, its easily set back on on the remote, which you can take out of the side of the loo by pushing in first.- some locals might be upset that not all staff speak german. As everyone was so helpful and nice, it makes up for it ten-fold!- very expensive. but you get what you pay for.

The Chedi Andermatt is a place we love to stay, we come here every year and they make us feel like at home. The rooms / suits are really nice, I just love the design. The Chedi team is super kind and attentively, especially with the kids. Great wine and champagne list. Will come back as every year! We were blown away by the discreet, subtle and restrained environment. The exceptional property is a timeless treasure in Switzerland. The most important is the professional hospitality.

Wir haben eine Übernachtung in einer Deluxe Suite gebucht. Das Ganze war als Überraschung für meine Partnerin gedacht, um einen Heiratsantrag zu machen. Und der ist sowas von gelungen! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerskam und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Das Abendessen im japanischen Restaurant war mitunter eines der besten asiatischen Erlebnisse, dass wir je hatten. Klar, man zahlt den Michelin-Stern mit, aber um es sich einfach mal zu gönnen, ist es das wert. Der Spa-Bereich ist grosszügig, leider nicht textilfrei aufgrund der versch. Gästenationalitäten (wurde uns von einem Mitarbeiter freundlich erklärt). Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker. Aufgrund Corona gab es keine Einschränkungen und an jedem Stand wurde das Essen gereicht. Das gefällt uns sogar mehr als Selbstbedienung, da so das Buffet immer schön aussieht und nicht von gierigen Gästen verunstaltet würde.Alles in allem zwar ein kostspieliger Aufenthalt, aber da ich nun mit einem “Ja und kommenden Hochzeitsplänen nach Hause fahre, war es jeden Franken wert!

Superb is an understatement. Everything here is beyond expectations, amazing, spacious room, tasteful decor, superb food at both restaurants, amazing pools and hydrotherapy space. In short, I cannot wait to come back for another few days of relaxation and pampering

Comme dhabitude un endroit luxueux personnelles très très professionnel et très gentil

Lieu merveilleux dans un cadre encore sauvage montagneux dont l’architecture s’intègre de manière idéale dans un village renaissant au carrefour de cols alpins dont les routes vous amènent au plaisir simple et pur de la conduite sportive.

Magnifique hôtel, materiaux haut de gamme, chambre superbe. Service impeccable. Petit déjeuner incroyable et très complet. Le dîner au restaurant the restaurant nous a cependant déçu, pas à la hauteur de lhôtel. Trop cher pour la qualité des plats. La carte est par ailleurs beaucoup trop compliquée, a simplifier ! Le prix des vins est beaucoup trop excessif et trop de choix ! Il faudrait une petite carte ou suggestions de vins avec les plats pour les clients qui ne souhaitent pas passer trop de temps dans le choix du vin. Le SPA est magnifique, et immense. Ne pas hésiter à se rendre dans la partie hammam et sauna, ca vaut la peine car lespace est incroyable et très beau. Sans doute le plus beau spa jamais visité.

Wir haben zu zweit im Chedi übernachtet, abendgegessen und am nächsten Tag gefrühstückt. Wir haben an unserem Aufenthalt nichts auszusetzen. Vom Empfang und der Lobby über das Zimmer und das Restaurant bis zum Spa und dem Personal ist es so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. An jeder Ecke gibt es Aha-Effekte noch und nöcher. Die gut versteckten Toiletten in der Lobby sorgen für positive WTF-Momente. Der Preis für einen Aufenthalt ist auf den ersten Blick hoch aber wir leben nach dem Motto: lieber ein tolles Wochenende im Chedi als 10 Tage im 3 Sterne Hotel auf Mallorca.

The Chedi è lusso...forse troppo per i miei gusti. Arredo curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ho trovato linterno troppo scuro. Poi situato in un Andermatt non saprei, stona! Personale molto gentile. Mi sono trovata li, per bere un aperitivo. Se vi trovate in quei paraggi , sicuramente ne vale la pena fare una visita.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten uns in dem tollen Zimmer sehr gut entspannen. Die beiden Restaurants waren ausgezeichnet. Der einzige Punkt den es von unserer Seite zu bemängeln gibt ist der Saunabereich, welcher nicht textilfrei ist. Bei einem so tollen Hotel mit grosszügiger Anlage sollte es möglich sein für beide Arten von Saunagänger einen Bereich anzubieten.

The Chedi, da beginnt die Entspannung bereits bei der Hotelvorfahrt. Kaum auf den Platz gefahren werde ich schon empfangen und mein Auto wird in die Garage gefahren. An der Reception angekommen werde ich ein weiteres mal sehr freundlich und mit einem lächeln begrüsst. Bevor ich ins Zimmer gehe bekomme ich noch eine Führung durchs Hotel. Meine Augen wurden immer grösser bin sehr beeindruckt. Aber dann... als ich ins Zimmer kam hätte ich am liebsten mein Gesicht gesehen, dachte zuerst das es sich um das Zimmer handelt in dem der Event stattfinden wird, aber nein, es war mein Zimmer! Grosser Eingangsbereich, dann Essbereich mit langer Sitzgruppe, ein Kamin als Raumtrenner zum Schlafzimmer und sehr grossem Bad und 2. Garderobe.Als ich wieder bei mir war, machte ich mich auf den Weg zur Cigar Library. Eine wunderschöne Cigar Lounge mit riesigem Humidor und super Auswahl an Cigaren. Bestimmt für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch hier wieder sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Nach der ersten Cigarre nahm ich eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen, Dim Sum (4 verschiedene), am liebsten hätte ich gleich nachbestellt, denn die waren so gut, aber es war kurz vor dem Event mit Essen.Am nächsten Morgen nach einer kurzen Nacht ging es zum Frühstück, 4 verschiedene Essenstationen, einen riesigen Käse-Humidor und auch hier wieder sehr freundliches Personal.Kurze Zusammenfassung, wer hier her kommt, ist vom ersten Moment an in den Ferien. einziger Nachteil, mein Aufenthalt war definitiv zu kurz. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.Vielen Dank an alle, es war für mich alles wie erwartet und ganz speziell schön ist wie man sieht, dass auch die Angestellten sehr aufgestellt sind.

Best Brunch I had in my life. They have a Swiss corner (ranked at Gault & Millau), the sushi corner with very tasty sushis and salads, the Asian corner (Chinese and Indian), a big room with all kind of cheese and the pastry corner. Service is just perfect! We had champagne at discretion and the waiter was always attentive to fill our glasses.I would suggest to order one of their dessert with the sesame ice cream instead of the pastries, even though there are beautiful (see pic)Recommend 100times !

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das alleine der Grund unserer Reise war. Andermatt selber ist für jemanden wie uns, der nicht wandert oder Ski fährt, nichts Besonderes. Aber das Chedi ist grandios. Enorm grosszügig in den öffentlichen Räumen und auch dem Zimmer. Weder an Platz noch am Wasser (Spa und Pools) wurde gespart. Endlich mal genug Stauraum im Zimmer. Tolle Regendusche. Schlecht finde ich das offene Bad für Menschen, die nachts mal raus müssen. Auch ein normaler Tisch fehlt. Das Gym ist das Beste, das ich in einem Hotel je angetroffen habe. Die verschiedenen Pools sind riesig. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches und motiviertes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique hôtel avec un service irréprochable, proche de la perfection. Rien nest laissé au hasard, tout a été pensé afin doffrir le meilleur séjour possible aux clients de létablissement.La chambre Deluxe est confortable et très spacieuse ; mon compagnon et moi avons particulièrement apprécié la literie.Lespace spa est bien conçu et la zone réservée à lhydrothérapie vraiment reposante.Je recommande cet établissement à 100%. Pour moi, cest un sans-faute.
