It is the cave that is most frequented by tourists, therefore, it is almost always crowded. The thrill to jump into the cool waters diminishes as more and more people arrive. There is a P50 fee per head (as of December 2018) for anyone who wants to swim in the cave pool. The steady arrival of tourists also means there is a growing number of trash littered in the surrounding area—in the cark park by the entrance, on the rough trail leading to the cave, behind trees and wild bushes, everywhere. This problem is not also solved by the lack of trash bins strategically situated along the trail. It is very disappointing. Once again, uncontrolled tourism and bad human behavior ruin the natural beauty.
Thrilling & beautiful. Its famous for being unique. Basically a cave-pool in the ground around 10M by 5M wide, filled with sapphire blue water & fishies. No way of going in slowly, you have to jump in! About 3M from the ground to waters surface, it rises & falls with the tide. Seems like no way out, but dont worry, theres a sturdy metal ladder. Take care when jumping & dont slip. Enviromental Fee costs 20php+, Entrance fee costs 25php, Parking is Donation (pay what you feel like paying), Swimming is 50php per head. No stores around but they offer coconuts, around 55php (just an estimate).
Anda is an underrated and road less travelled place in Bohol. This is located at the eastern tip of Bohol and is a 2 hr drive from Tagbilaran. One of Andas hidden gems are cave pool and the most famous is the Cabagnow cave pool. Please go early morning to enjoy jumping and swimming in the cave pool as people usually flock around 9 am. You can hire a tricycle/multicab if youre in groups however if youre a solo traveller you can rent a habal habal driver to tour you spots in Anda. In my tour we went to 3 spots (including the Cabagnow cave pool) and I paid 350 pesos.Cave pools are considered sink holes and is formed by the erosion of limestones from the ground.
Aqui hay dos cenotes realmente, cabagnow cave que es solo para tirar fotos porque es peligroso meterse y tibaw cave que cuesta unos 50 pesos y es una pasada y te puedes bañar, a disfrutar

Since January 2019 the cave has been closed to the public. You still can go see the cave but cant dive or swim in. The stairs have been removed. We passed the cave and saw a sign for Tibaw Cave Pool. This one is currently open. (This is as of August 2019).
Really Beautiful, keep it mind that you will need 50 pesos if you want to swim...
No letter to go in/out at time of our visit in november 2019
