Very accomodating ng mga staff sa lahat guests. Pwede ka pa mag pool party. How will I rate the place?***Location & Place: 10/10Hindi beachfront, pero its a 5min walk lang. Confortable yung area and secured. Organize sila sa lahat. Malinis ang lugar at may mga trashbin sa bahat lugar. Utensils are provided nadin nila. You can buy almost everything sa Beach House (medyo pricy ng konti compare sa labas pero reasonable padin naman).Early check in is allowed, just give them a heads up. Under construction yung ibang part, pero maayos padin (yung mga furnitures sa iisang area).***Cost/Budget Friendly: 10/10Rooms are at reasonable price. You can get as low as P2K for 4pax. May Family Room and Group Barkada Room. Prices may change depende siguro sa season. Food, water (at yelo) and other condiments are available nadin sa loob. The place is a one-stop-shop. And may free breakfast pa sila :)***Staff: 11/10Number one asset of every businesses are the people (employee). Sila ang may pinaka-malaking impact sa satisfaction ng mga guests.Daig pa ang aka 5-star Hotel sa service ng mga helpers/staff dun. I think they are family who live in the other Kubo House. Aside from the cctv installed, they are in the area 24/7 and happy to serve their clients with a smile. Keep it up guys! Youre doing your job well.***Overall Experience: 10/10Sarmiento Beach House is highly recommended. Actually, other places or Hotels may offer the same services. It is a good competition and good for the livelihood of the people in Anda, Pangasinan, as tourism may boost and will create more jobs.Panatilihin lang sanang malinis ang lugar at maayos na sistema. Basura ang main reason ng pagkasira ng kalikasan, so hopefully yung mga taong namamahala sa lugar ay magkaroon pa ng mga matitinong proyekto. The road is is a start (maayos na at walang hassle sa byahe). Next should be rehabilitation of some area and strong waste management system.

Love the place. Ni-rent namin yung kubo na walang aircon which is sooo nice, bukod sa malaki and presko sya, feel na feel naming nasa probinsya kami. walking distance lang sya sa beach less than 5mins. And super bait ng owner, madali kausap sa mga request namin.

Super tahimik ng place ang helpful pa ng mga staff nila sa mga needs namin! Though need pa maglakad para mkapunta sa beach may pool naman sila. Highly recommended!
