Bought a Shower Unit with them. Ordered a specific door opening which we were all very clear on what was needed. Picked it up, the contractor installed and the opening was incorrect. Their option - uninstall it and return it at our expense! Obviously this was not an option and we will live with their mistake but they did offer a 50% refund but the problem is, THEY WONT GIVE US THE RETURN. ITS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS AND I CANT GET THE REFUND. THEY WONT PUT IT ON MY CREDIT CARD - SAY THAT THEY CANT - NOT ALLOWED? HOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THEN THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANT EVEN GET IT FROM HEAD OFFICE! WHILE I WILL GET MY REFUND, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM - EVER.

Purchased a shower, vanity and linen cabinet (customer service was excellent during my order) for my bathroom reno and had an issue with one of the hinge screws upon installation. Jason was able to help me in minutes, saving me unnecessary stress and lost sleep. Id highly recommend Bath Depot in Ancaster.

Great selection however nothing is in stock at the location and everything needs to be ordered in. Great place to start planning your reno in advance as it could take some time to receive the products.

The associates can’t really measure and the customer service is terrible. My brother bought a vanity and the size was marked incorrectly on the box.Not sure what kinda Mickey Mouse business is going on there

We are first time home buyers and renovators, I cant reccomend bath depot enough ! We bought our tub for $400! We just went back and about our entire vanity set for $600! These prices cant be beat ,trust me we did our research as we are renovating on a budget. Customer service is also amazing
