The food here was delicious, service was fast, and our waitress was kind and helpful! Loved the ambiance as well. My husband and I got the vegan hotpot with miso broth, cold tofu, and thai tea boba with coconut cream. It was more than enough food, we were stuffed and couldnt finish all of our hotpot! Vegetables were fresh, broth was tasty, and brown rice was well prepared too. My only complaint is that I wish we had ordered the additional tofu add on for the hotpot because there was only two pieces and it was so tasty I wanted more! We will definitely back though so I have another chance :)

Great organic foods restaurant. They offer shabu shabu, salads, fresh made pure ice cream, and DELICIOUS organic coffee. And the staff is courteous and informative.Their bone broth is AMAZING! The host/server recommended adding garlic and some spice. OMG!!! That flavor was AAAAAAMAZING!They also have some of the BEST tasting water! HIGHLY recommend this place for clean eating!!!

Warning to vegans!! There vegan ramen is NOT vegan, the noodles are made with eggs. I’m not sure why they call it vegan ramen on the menu and don’t warn that it’s not actually vegan. It’s pretty irresponsible on the restaurants end to mislead customers especially for someone like me who is a very strict vegan. I had the vegan pho instead and it was just okay. It’s an Asian fusion place and the Asian food isn’t authentic and doesn’t taste genuine. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. Please update your menu and say vegetarian ramen instead of vegan ramen.

Best vegan sushi and the garlic miso ramen is excellent! While worth the wait, recommend going right at the start time or closer to closing if you dont want to wait 30 min or more.

Surprisingly Delicious! Im a meat lover and didnt expect it to be so cool! We ordered the Shiitake small plate, the Boddy and Soul Specialty Roll and the Spicy Garlic Miso Ramen. Everything was flavorful and just the right portions. Already looking forward to my next visit!

We had the vegan hotpot with an order of spicy edamame and an extra bowl of udon. It came with four dipping sauces: pomegranate, sesame, ponzu and teriyaki (there were also sesame seed grinders and bottles of sesame oil at the table). The ponzu and sesame were our favorites.What we ordered was plenty for the two of us, and Id say it was pretty inexpensive for hotpot (it helps that we ordered all veggies). Service and atmosphere were great as well!Pictured is the spicy edamame and the dipping sauces.

Great place, would enjoy on a late night date. It has a bar vibe hence the date vibe. I enjoyed the poke bowl and was shocked that it came with miso soup. The miso soup was probably the best tasting soup I’ve ever had. The only down side that I had was the lack of fish and ingredients. My overall review would be great food, great date vibes, and fair price for the food.

Fantastic. Amazing. Those are the two most prominent words that I think of when I think of True Seasons. After learning I had a gluten allergy, I was a mess trying to find a shabu shabu place that serves Gluten-Free dipping options. True Seasons came up as a restaurant that offered GF food!

If your looking for hot pot in Anaheim Hills, this is the place to be. I cant get enough of the people and delicious food. Mushroom soup base is what Im always having here with a touch of chili oil. This soup broth with a combination of organic vegetables, choice ribeye and the wild caught scallops; yum! If you love organic, youve got to try this. Seating is hard sometimes, so I would make reservations! Enjoy!

Save your money, dont come here. It baffles me how this place has anything above 2 stars.Being in a plaza with so many other choices, I always saw their sign and thought it was odd that a place offered so many different dishes - pho, hotpot, wraps, poke bowls, etc. That shouldve been my first sign to stay far away, as I can tell you they dont do any dish well. A clear case of quantity over quality.From the moment I walked into, it was dark, dreary, and had a very interesting set up. Bar seating with induction stovetops, which makes sense if youre getting hotpot I suppose. Chalk menus on both sides of the walls, with every option boldly labeled as ORGANIC as if that was their desperate battle cry.The prices are are 30-40% higher than they should be, and trust me, it has nothing to do with being organic. Im not exactly a healthy eater, but Ive had my fair share of organic dishes that have tasted wonderful. That is not the case at this establishment. The meat is suspect and its as if the chef thought seasoning was an unnecessary step.Bland, uninspiring curry and an insult to pho - something that was basically meat water with the strangest cuts of meat Ive seen. Rib eye? If thats rib eye, that must be the lowest grade cut available. The chicken curry is an insult to the entire region of Asia, as Ive never had this sorry excuse for unsalted, unspiced curry. Tiny portions for the prices.Here at True Seasons, the food just quite simply doesnt taste good. Dishes are bland, overpriced ($14 for a bowl of pho, $14 for chicken curry), and I guarantee youll be left wanting more food - just not from the restaurant.

Great restaurant that offers shabu. Everything is apparently organic, so its a great place to take a date that is into that sort of thing. They offer a coconut ice cream as well as coconut milk tea that are absolutely to die for.

A hidden gem that serves true farm-to-table. And before I say anything else, you MUST order the coconut ice cream because itll be the best one youve ever had. Now that thats out of the way, for dinner I ordered the hot pot with Thai Lemongrass and wild scallops. Every single ingredient (from the meat and vegetables to the grains of rice) is organic, GMO-free, and locally sourced - seriously, ask the Chef and shell tell you where the farm is, who lives there, and what they did on their last vacation. The best part is you can taste the difference. Whether its the hot pot, the miso soup, or any of the mouthwatering desserts like the aforementioned coconut ice cream or the mixed berry shaved ice, the quality is always there and its always delicious.

This is an amazing dining experience located in Anaheim Hills, but really close to Yorba Linda, Orange and Villa Park. The food is amazing and all sourced with such care. The Chef believes in organic and sustainable food and wont serve anything but the best. The Hot Pot/Shabu is the best I have ever had, and now they are serving Organic lunch wraps… Please check out this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

Really great service and servers are very helpful if you arent familiar to hotpot. I found the food to be very fresh and tasty. It is a bit on the pricier side but you get organic non-GMO food thats free of pesticides and hormones.I had the pleasure of speaking with Chef Saifon and it was a delight to hear about her journey. I would highly recommend ordering their veggie platter with your hotpot and mango shaved ice. Ive never eaten so many veggies in one sitting before!

Not bad, pricey because Im guessing its all organic and healthily sourced. However, the hot pot was alittle disappointing. All it included in the price was vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, and another leaf veggie. Paid extra for a medium sized sliced beef plate. My meal was around $30, definitely not worth the price. The choices for the soup stock were kombu, miso, spicy miso, and Thai lemongrass. Not a true shabu shabu joint. My 6ft tall, 200lb boyfriend got a plate set, portion was small for him, for myself, it would have been just enough if I wasnt so hungry. Total bill for 2 people was over $55.00 :/ Overall, I dont plan to go back.

Not good. By any means! In town for Disney Land and found this place and it coincided with mine and my families dietary needs. It was not kid friendly, service took forever, food was subpar and price was high. I give them credit for their organic items and non gmo beliefs but other than that, just feels like a big waste of money honestly.

Whether youre looking for just a simple organic meal or have a little more time to sit and enjoy the hotpot you wont be dissapointed , I love both! I could not believe how beautiful the veggie plate and mushroom basket are...Ohh and the berry shaved ice is hands down the best shaved ice Ive ever had!

Great quality of meats, I have been spoiled by other similar restaurants that offer a vegi buffet that is self serve complete with a selection of sauces to choose from at your discretion. The main star is always the meat and here it was excellent. Service is fast and friendly and you enjoy a nice local atmosphere. A little expensive if you are coming for lunch or dinner but, you get what you pay for in quality not quantity!
