אוהבים לבקר במוזיאונים ברחבי העולם, אבל אני חושב שעדיף לבקר במוזיאונים של אומנות קלאסית, אחרי ביקור בסטדלייק הבנתי שאני לא צריך לבקר במוזיאונים של אומנות מודרנית, לא מבין את כל הוידאו ארט, או מייצגים לא ברורים של נורות על חוט תלויים מהתקרה, או חלקי תוף מרחפים באוויר.

Een plek waar ik als modern art liefhebber graag terugkom om nieuwe tentoonstellingen te bekijken. Dit hoort, net zoals het Rijksmuseum, bij Amsterdam. Zeker de moeite waard voor een bezoek.

מוזיאון עם תצוגה קבועה חביבה. האגף החדש בעל עיצוב מודרני. כדאי לעשות הפסקה בבית הקפה של המוזיאון.

Leuk museum, hier geweest met school. Vond het persoonlijk leuk voor 1.5 uur, daarna werd het wat saai

Helft van het museum was dicht voor het opbouwen van nieuwe exposities. Heel teleurstellend. Stond binnen een half uur weer buiten. Vlinder ruimtes waren geweldig.

The artists in Paris exhibit was awesome.Really cool to see the juxtaposition of all the cool artists from that rousing scene.Picasso, Chagall and Mondriaan together.

Een van mijn favoriete musea. Het gebouw zelf is ook al prachtig en de museumwinkel is mijn go-to voor goede cadeaus. Regelmatig wisselende exposities en een goede vaste collectie op gebied van moderne kunst.

Nice museum. Its big, so you need time to look at everything. Go early if you want some room to look around in peace. The only thing which I thought was a bit dissapointing was the shop. But no reason not to go again.

Didnt get to spend much time here but out was nice. Several pieces by Mondrian, whom I love. Complicated layout might have been interesting if I wasnt pressed for time.Take your time and enjoy.

Great size for a great museum. A little bit of everything and not too much of anything!

A bit expensive for what it offered. Would not recommend it for the permanent collection. Had a periodic great exhibition when we visited about Picasso and Mondrian! Maybe check before you go!

A great collection of arts including big names such as Picasso, Mondrian and Van Gogh just to name a few! the building is big and modern and offers accessibility as well!the ticket price is a bit high, but it includes the audio-guide!! I think it was worth every euro I spent on it!

I really enjoyed the four rooms of butterflies. This is a contemporary art museum oh, so you have to love art in all of its forms.

Its a nice museum. Not the best of the ones at museum square but if youre interested in modern art it might be for you

People often ask museum recommendations, then I’ll say the Stedelijk Museum because it pleases all kind of art lovers. It has a perfect mix of modern art, classical art, furniture, modern installations.

Wonderful wandering through this very nice Base exhibition. Very interesting audio guide with no extra costs. Above that, interesting temporary exhibitions!
