Normally i dont rate a hotel this bad, but really they are even worth nothing.The they try to get money from the guest in anyway possible. Just like old cheap hotels.Be away, don’t be tempted by the low price offered. Still not worth it.1. Reception are rude.2. Rooms are filled with cigarette scents.3. House keeping is really not much.4. Lobby is 80’s era.Staff at breakfast were great though.ps. We were a group of 12 people.
Super hôtel, chambre spacieuse. La propreté est de rigueur dans tout lhôtel. Le personnel est super aimable et accueillant, toujours aux petits soins. On y mange bien, petit déjeuner buffet varié. Dommage quil soit un peu loin de tout mais il suffit de commander un taxi ou Uber (pas cher) a laccueil
Habitaciones triples y cuádruples fantásticas de tamaño. Camas cómodas. Limpio

This is a great hotel. I only stayed for a night in transit but good quality and comfort for the price. The only down-side was that the breakfast was not amazing. I didnt like the taste of the meats and cheeses, as if they were bad quality. And the coffee was only instant, no filter etc. But the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great!

My 3 day stay at this location was an enjoyable experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the Room was very comfortable, the Room service was affordable and timely, and the included breakfast had a good selection of local foods. The hotel was located near 3rd circle and Uber was readily available at all times. There was 24hr security and I felt very safe here.

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff and location. Higher end lobby and room decor and would recommend staying at this hotel if given the opportunity.
We went during the winter to Amman. Our room was cold the whole time because the heater was not sufficient to heat the entire room and windows/doors were not sealed good enough to prevent cold air from constantly coming in. staff was nice and attentive. dining options are limited in the hotel.location is not really walking distance from anywhere.
Hotel très correct, dune propreté irréprochable, les hommes de chambre très serviable, gentil et respectueux, le petit-déjeuner correct et varié avec un personnel très gentils, adorable mm, plutôt bien situé et un service de taxi dans lhotel
الفندق موجود داخل أحياء سكنيه والشارع امامه مكتظ بالسيارات والمواقف غير كافيه.المدخل لصالة الاحتفالات غير مناسب حيث النزول في درج طويل وغير مريح.الصاله صغيره نوعاً ما.
+ staff is friendly & enjoyed my short stay in amman- the water in the pool never gets replaced, only chlorine is added to it everyday therefore my eyes were burning the whole day and I couldn’t see. I swim often, so i know for sure that is not suppose to happen:)

Its my run away and get away inside Amman! I love the pool, the staff are amazing ! ! And Mr. Jihad Ajoury is the best!!!Its a great place for outdoors parties & indoors meetings!I definitely recommend this place!

Hôtel sympa et bien situé. Les chambres sont correctes, le wi fi est bon. Le déjeuner nest pas très varié mais à la demande, le personnel vous sert une omelette fait minute. Le personnel est très gentil et très accueillant.

I was a guest at your hotel from thurs 10th to fri 11th travelling with Exodus. I was in room room 312 and my friend was in 311. During that time one of your staff had access to my money wallet and exchanged my dinars for Indian rupees - this also happened to my friend whose dinars were replaced with polish currency. I wish you to know you may have a thief working in your midst and will be reporting it to Exodus tours. Lynette Jordan
Small hotel with a convenient location to the business distric, rooms were clean and staff friendly only complaint was no parking and poot breakast

A reasonable 4 star hotel located in a quiet residential area, with 2 nice restaurants and bar near by.
Pics on web sites are not the same , employees are friendly but the hotel is poor . The lake of maintenance, smell is bad in wash rooms , no boiler, no iron ,no toothpaste, no mini bar ,no free tea or coffee in room only small bottle of water in the first log in then nothing
Personnel très gentil et serviable, par contre rien dun hôtel 4 étoiles, ni literie, ni petit déjeuner ni débit deau sous la douche et piscine qui sert que pour décors.
The reception staff were nice and generous.The food was delicious and tasty,but the room cleaning service was average.An advantage is that it is close to the Al abdali Mall were you can buy a sim card and eat as soon as you git to Amaan.
Ivery bad hotel ...rooms are not clean toilets are very bad .. the rating for this hotel should not be more than 1 star .... furniture is very old temperature is not the same in all hotel areas...... i think wr lost our money in this hotel

Reception staff are unprofessional. We asked for upgrade and we were welling to pay and they told us that they could certainly do it and it would be free of charge. The next day when we packed our stuff to change our room, the guy denied his words and lied that the general manager have advices him that our request is denied, however when I went down to speak to the GM, I found out that he was not even aware of the entire subject. House keeping staff especially Mohammed were very nice along with the old guy at the restaurant.

Not responsive, not prepared for reception, not clean and not maintained, does not deserve a one star even!! Surprised how they are a four star hotel!!! They were not answering our phone calls! Not recommended for booking.

الشخص الي على الاستقبال يستلم الساعه ٣ في اليل لا يصلح تماماً لاستقبال الضيوف اتوقع سبب نفور الزبائن من تعامله انا مستعد انام في الشارع ولا اقابل هذا الشخص بالرغم ان حديثي معه لم يتجاوز ٥ دقائق
