One the best modern places in Amman

Nice shopping area. Not totally enclosed so some open air walking areas. Nice stores with a really good selection. Could do a bit better on food court. The one major drawback is parking. Nearly impossible to find parking without using valet and then trying to find the valet to collect your car later can be a chore. Overall nice and enjoyable.

Nice place.You can find restaurants, cafés, mall, and trademarks shops

Kinda nice place, best places are some restaurants and coffee shops only. Hotels are good in general.security crews look like bandits or street gangs uncivilized full of rudeness and disrespectful except one old huge man on gate out secure, that shows some failure of the compound.

I actually love the Boulevard. Especially on special events such as Christmas its spectacular. Its connected directly to the mall you can find there cinema, food court, and shopping options for clothes. The Boulevard itself is also unique. With places to set for hot drink. Basic snacks. But also have some rooftops such as jubran. The only issue is that usually the way is full of traffic. And Boulevard itself is overcrowded especially on special events.Its really recommended. This picture is 2020 Christmas decorations. There is alot more. 2 Christmas trees perfect for making memories.

Its the best project everrrrr in amman and iam so lucky that i live near by it ... amazing area open space well managed clean safe and always there is something new .. big events.. and many shops which is suitable for girls lol

Boulevard is really a Nice place to be in .. but bad to be there before 2 pm on Fridays ... most restaurants doesnt open before 2 pm .. so its hard to get what you want like getting itunes cards or so , but end of all its good for a walk seeing people go shopping and meet friends or set in a nice Cafe .
