I went to print labels today and the staff working there were very helpful. Saif worked with us on fixing the labels. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and highly informative. He presented me with several options and was quick to understand my problem and provide the best solution. He is a very hard worker and intelligent. Thank you Saif for the wonderful customer experience. We will be returning for all of our future labels. We did face some difficulties with staff on the phone and getting unfulfilled call backs and that is the main con. Other than that we are appreciative towards their effort.

They didnt respect appointment time and asked to wait for 20min without asking if my task is complex or not. It was a simple business card design. No respect to time. No valet as claimed.

Alhamdulillah—the manager was welcoming, easy to communicate with, and quickly understood and responded to my scanning request, and his service exceeded my expectations. The staff member, who did the scanning, took good care of the original artwork and provided all the scans in three different formats, while we waited. Ma sha Allah.

They offer an excellent speedy service and have an accommodating staff. The prices are way higher than average. I recommend it for getting materials printed on the spot with high quality, but not for large quantities indeed.

If I where able to rate this business venture Zero stars, I would! I visited this place yesterday to inquire about making custom stamps for my company. It was not busy and I expected it to be a straight forward quick process however it was not. They allowed people to cut ques and it was not pleasant. I still waited an hour or so until I got the chance to sit with the designer. When I was finally sat down to give approval, a supervisor came in and asked the designer not to take his time and if he does, he should not go through with the process which was extremely rude because I was right there. I have already waited an hour or so for this service and hes trying to rush things. He continued to try convince me that the designers unfinished work is good enough and quote on quote, very nice. Anyways long story short, I approved the work and made sure that I would be able to pick up the stamps today during night time. When I came in to collect the stamps that I have already payed for, I was not able to provide a receipt. I politely asked the front desk employee to verify the information on the electronic copy they had saved and I would be more than happy to provide my national ID for verification. I was then told its not my job to look at your ID because frankly he was just very lazy. I then asked him to contact his manager politely and that seemed to offend him. While he walked towards the manager, he threw some words in a low voice directed to me and continued to make jokes with the employees as he was approaching his superior. Never in my life did I feel so disrespected.While he was walking back to me from a far, I noticed he had his chest pumped up and a smirk on his face and I knew the answer right there at that time. He approached me and told me he wont give me the stamps without a receipt. I then went in and discussed the matter with the manager myself and he agreed to help me. I was frustrated from the incident and I ended up raising my voice when I was told not to in a threatening matter. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever went through and I would truly not suggest this place to any person or animal in this case.

I have been to Doculand many times and each time I had to wait long periods til it is my turn, with the front desk man being rude.When it gets to my turn, the machines take long to work, the worker doesnt listen to my request, does everything his way, and in the end the job is never well done. I end up repeating the whole process elsewhere.

I had to print 1 copy of something special for a friend, and they did everything exactly as i wanted. they advised me on the type of paper and they helped adjust certain design issues i had and the final thing turned out great. it was a bit cheaper than i expected which is always a plus.

I have waited half an hour just to print out a couple of papers i think that they need to expand their staff or make a station for the quick processes like mineAnd by the way i left without doing my work

Great service from the staff and knowledge about different needs for printing from binding projects to printing wedding cards.Prices are quite expensive in comparison but they get the job done.Pro tip: They can get busy at times where students have projects to submit (end of semester) if you’re in a hurry make sure to time your visit right.

The place is overpriced, but the quity is good, they provide you with instant services.So if you need to do something now and dont mind paying extra, this is the place.The first floor is the printing services house.Second floor is the Stationary store.

I am a senior engineer and i had a very bad experience today at this place. The staff is totally careless and unprofessional. their offers for companies are good yet their way of handling customers is totally wrong and disrespectful.

Unprofessional.1 First you call and inquire they ask for an email to info@doculand in order to see if its possible, how much would it cost and how long will it take. They replied after hours we can do it. ONLY2 I go at three oclock to them and they apologise that the book is copyrighted and they cant print it but they can scan it form me.3 She takes the details on how i need it done. i come back at 8 and its ready but not as i asked at all.4 They asked me to come back in an hour and so i did and again its not ready.5 I ask if its possible to pass by the next morning on my way to work to pick it up they said it will be ready. first 45 min they couldnt find it. when they did it took 30 to copy on to my USB.

Good people and the place is open till late at night but, very small parking space and youll probably end up with a parking ticket

Employees are very helpful, all prints and designs are according to you and what kind of paper/ or they advise to you. Fast working.
