Great design and atmosphere, same good food.However service was inconsistent as it usually is, they left out one of our meals and drink and took over 30min to get our orders in, there was no apology about forgetting the meal or being late to make it back. They even forgot the drink that was ordered with it but still ended up paying for it because no one seemed to really care anyways.Other than customer service this place need to really separate smoking and non smoking areas, the design of the place doesn’t cater for this.

Today I went to this branch 4 lunch with my mother. The quality of food was terrible. I am still amazed how low this place went. The Nachos, wings and grilled chicken were all terrible. I donno whose looking after the restaurants or check its quality. Whoever is responsible is doin a terrible job. Wont ever recommend it.

They are even unworthy of that single star. Very bad service, cold fries, hair in the salad, the non smoking area was like a chimeny. We complained and they just laughed it off... what a pitty

Tasty food but service is not as good as other branches

The music was very very loud, as you cant tell the staff what you want to order, and the service was bad and there was a delay in taking the order and serving it as well

Good bar food. Friendly staff.But service has gone down hill. Food takes forever to come. So does trying to get a server’s attention.They tried telling me that waiting 50 minutes for 10 wings was acceptable. Nope.And no running water in the women’s bathroom.Their 1st Circle branch has much better service.

Probably it is the best restaurant the service and the staff was eco-friendly and overall it was amazing.. ️ Love it.. Hope to be there soon with friends...

Good vibes, so many events and trivia nights are done in this branch, employees are great, you can put the songs you want on the Jukebox (except Arabic songs which is weird), and of course food is great!

Casual restaurant and nice bar. Great to spend sometimes there with your friends. The boneless chicken wings are my favorite choice in this restaurant. But they have a very wide variety of options.
