Relativity well in time of coronavirus.The food was very good, And the service also.

It is a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, very clean and well maintained. Definitely is a tired hotel , not really up to date but it close the Four Seasons standards. The location of the hotel is not at the center of the town, so definitely taxi is required to commute, with nothing much to do around. The service was great, up to the standards of the specific chain. OLEA breakfast restaurant and the bouffet where amazing with great variety of choices, both local and international. The other bar restaurant, La Capitale is a wonderful cosmopolitan choice for the nights.Overall it was a very good choice

Creme de la creme. The Four Seasons is unbeatable! Excellently trained staff. Everything was perfect from the breakfast to the Spa and back. Internationally well deserving 5 stars.

Service, Rooms, decor all wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Daily room care was exceptional Room 1421. View of the city a special bonus .

Great service, staff are very friendly and attentive. Located in the center of town close to the Sheraton, Fairmont and Ritz Carlton (being built). Pool is nice, gym is spacious, nail spa is great (but overpriced), hair salon is also very good (also overpriced). Unfortunately there was renovation work going on from 9am-6pm which woke us up every morning. Having said that, the staff did warn us upon check-in and everything otherwise was good. Is this Four Seasons the same standard as ones in other countries? No. But it’s a solid option in Jordan. Nothing to complain about in the rooms - could do with a bit of updating, but the bed was super comfortable and room service was quick and yummy. The TV was also the biggest I’ve ever seen at a hotel!

One of the best hotels in Amman. Centrally located. Well maintained despite being many years in operation. Excellent, friendly and professional service. House keeping was amazing in anticipating needs. I use CPAP and for the first time ever I was asked by Mohammad Musadafah from the Housekeeping if I needed distilled water for it. This was an excellent touch. Properly equipped gym. I didn’t try the F&B so I cannot comment on that. The only downside was the poor interface speed. It is really a shame for a luxury chain like the Four Seasons to still charge guest for the internet if they want a reasonable internet speed. This should be a granted service by now.

Summer tarraas of five gril restaurant is very nice place, their shisha and food are great...Bransh at Olea is one of the best in town, very warm hospitality, the staff is very friendly and kind, greed food with wide vority.Thank you chief for the imazing ideas..

As usual, very luxurious...Went today without a reservation to Five lounge and cafe, we managed to have a table, was not that easy but the staff were cooperative. Wednesday is a BBQ night, so we ordered a plate, it was just great. Before we ordered drinks and shisha, everything was fine and enjoyable. After dinner, we ordered some desserts, Um Ali, Chocolate cake, and Banofe, fortunately all were tasty and above expectations. Also worth mentioning that the price per person for a full dinner, including appetizers and a dessert, was very reasonable, besides, portion size was very good as well. Thanks for the nice evening.Highly recommended without hesitation.

Amman’s best hotel hands down. The service is amazing. The guest experience is always incredible. The restaurants are very good and ranked in Amman’s top places to eat. You can never go wrong when staying here.

فندق فخم، لكن الحمامات تخلو من وسائل النظافه بالماء، وبالتالي فهو غير ملائم للمسلمين.

The four seasons is a home away from home when staying there. The service is impeccable, very safe with guard entrance and metal detector. I always stay here when in jordan and highly recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful. The service was good. The only problem is there’s a lot of taxes that are paid and be careful when you check out if they want to switch your currency over to your native countries currency before charging it which I didn’t realize rather than charge it in Jordanian dinars there’s a very unfavorable conversion rate you’re better off charging it using Jordanian dinars.
