I am now editing my prior review. Manager Dave came through on his promises and I am now a very satisfied customer! I means a lot that he kept his word and delivered all that we were promised. It was a rocky start but after that was acknowledged and things were handled right, I would recommend this dealership. Thank you Northtown!

Poor trade in value. Last month I was interested in a 2020 Ram 1500 Warlock from Northtown Dodge. I had attempted to use my 2018 Kia Sportage as a trade in that I had just bought the lease out on for $15,200. Understanding that I would not get that full amount back for my trade I was expecting a reasonable offer of at least $12,000. Northtown offered me $10,000 for my trade. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this since they were offering me $2000 less than KBB trade in value and every dealer in the area including Northtown Kia is selling RWD 2018 Sportages in the range of $14-$16k.They had me drive back down from West Seneca so they could have an auction rep take photos of my trade in to see if I would get more through a live auction. Instead of meeting me halfway on a vehicle that I just bought out for $15,200 they had me take time from work to drive down for these auction photos. I followed their advice and the Sportage went up for live auction and I was offered $8500, even less than what I was initially offered. Complete waste of time. My salesman Ryan was also incredibly unresponsive and I had to blow up his phone in the days afterward to get an auction quote that was available 20 minutes after I had the photos taken. He also did not respond to me with at least a simple Thanks anyways or any sort of response after I rejected their ridiculous offer.Long story short, I went to Transittowne 2 days later and they offered me $12,000 for my trade in, meeting me halfway so I can use it down for my new truck. I will never consider Northtown again when vehicle shopping and will advise anyone I know who is shopping about my experience so they consider going to any of the other large dealerships in the area first before losing out on a large amount of money for their trade.

Patrick was awful at communication as well as didnt know his inventory. Ran my credit 3 times moving it down 20 points. Im assuming i was a means to end his quota. Very disappointed, I was promised and reassured I would be in a car today. He lied.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Northtown Auto & Collision several times. Ive always received exceptional customer service. Anthony from Northtown Collision is one of the greatest employees Ive ever met!! After being hit by a drunk driver I bought my Subaru to their collision shop. I was blown away by how good my car looked when I picked it up. In my opinion it looked BETTER than when I bought it new. I completely recommend Northtown 100%.

I had a specific car in mind, but they found me something even better! Dan Rubino was great to work with and super fun! They worked with me through everything. I love this place. If you need a car you should go see Simeon there. He helped me find a new car very quickly with the best new car buying experience ever! When we first got there, an associate helped us try out a few cars, and then when we found the one we liked he passed us along to Simeon. I love this system...It helped us feel no pressure at first about the ones we were trying out. Thanks Northtown!

The customer service is the worst? The car sale person did give his name until I asked - and was rude rude rude. I ask them to answer question about sales and was transferred to billing. There is no diversity with the staff at all .... very sad

Bought a new 15 Forester just a few days ago from Northtown Subaru. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Lou took great care of me and my family and got us a great deal on a new Forester. The staff even drove my wife and daughter home when it was my daughters bedtime so I could stay and finish all the paperwork and drive home with our new car! Top-notch dealership and excellent service! Will definitely be back again!

I went in for a simple oil change and came out with my car cleaned in and out. What a nice surprise. While waiting I was treated to coffee and the best chocolate chip cookies plus I watched TV in the lounge room.I didnt even have time to finish my coffee when my car was done. Great service, friendly staff and I trust them with my car.

Joe Hurley was wonderful in helping me purchase a new car. He also answered many questions we had about transferring my old vehicle (also purchased from Northtown) to another family member. I also worked with Jeff Kreuz who made purchasing the new car easy. He answered all my questions and took care of things in an efficient and friendly manner. My husband leased a car. He had to sign a lease 5hat said he was the only one who could drive it even tho the age and salesman said that is just part if the form and not true. There were also some turn in fees not mentioned. Could have been more forthcoming.

A great place to go to buy your car. People are friendly, listens to what you want, and go an extra mile to find something within your budget. Oh, must I say, today I just bought a KIA Sorento 2018 from Northtown KIA. If you want to see what I meant, give them an opportunity to serve you the way you would like to be served! Car dealership from hell. Service here is really, really bad. They did my brake pads wrong and another dealership had to correct it. In my brothers Kia they left a rag in his engine and the car broke down. They installed the freaking tires wrong on my mothers car-- and Im not really sure how you do that. Northtown is absolutely terrible and I would rather surrender my license then put my car near one of their dealerships ever again.

My experience at Northtown Mazda was very positive and I would highly recommend that anyone see John Rogers for their next car. We went to the dealership with plans to collect prices and do some test drives in a Mazda 3. John was so laid back and friendly, that it was easy to discuss prices, options and model years without feeling herded into a purchase sooner than we planned. They happened to have the model year we were looking for on the lot (John had to hunt for it!) and we ended up going home in our new car! There was no aggression or phony sales pitches - John let us try out the cars at our own pace and worked with us on the price points. The business manager Michael worked with us on the protection and warranty packages and let us choose what was best for our finances without any pressure over-selling the products. JR made sure that we made all of our appointments before we left and they even arranged to have the windshield replaced because of some scratches at our convenience. It was a fabulous experience that was easy and straightforward. Thank you for my new car!

We werent at NT Dodge very long at all! Everything was handled in a timely manner and very professionally. We knew exactly what we wanted, test drove it and took it home, all in the same day. David was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He stayed longer then his business hours to accommodate us...which was greatly appreciated!! From start to finish it was the easiest car shopping I have ever experienced. I bought a Mazda from Tim Park. He was easy to work with and efficient. He found us the exact vehicle that we wanted and at a price we couldnt have dreamed up. I am now driving a brand new car with lots of upgrades at a monthly payment that I can afford. He worked with my budget and I ended up with a better car with a less expensive payment. He was never pushy and presented all the options to me, and made it work for me. Hes great! Go see Kirk. Excellent experience working with salesperson Matt Clark. He was very knowledgable about the products and very enthusiastic to ensure that my family and I were purchasing the correct vehicle that would satisfy both wants and needs. We had a good experience purchasing a Forrester from this dealership. Was it spectacular? No, but that isnt the fault of my salesman, Mike, who was great. I am a designer and I think all dealers are the same, even this one. It reminds me of the other Northtown I bought my car at, the Basil I bought another car at, and the Jim Murphy I bought another car at. If a dealer wants 5 stars in my book, they really have to do something different. Think architecturally, removing awful cubicles, and green. In this day and age, when every time I swipe my credit card in an iSquare it emails me a receipt, do I have to sign 20 sheets of paper in order to buy a car? Or, why is the interior design in these places more sterile than an airport? To be spectacular, you have to update.

4 stars instead of 5, because to many folks handle the paperwork. What was agreed on the day of the sale, was not the same when I picked up the car. So more haggling was done while signing the bill of sale. I havent had service work done as I bought a brand new Kia Soul, so we shall see. Stay tuned.....9/3/19: now giving them 3 stars as originally they were giving me 300 for my junk car. Then it was 250. And they said they would help with the junkman. THAT didnt happen. I trust these people to keep their word NOT AT ALL. They got their sale, so their attitude is NEXT!

Every experience I have had with this place has been a nightmare. From one of the customer service representatives arguing with me that my car oil was supposed to be changes every 5k when its really 7500k. Too them putting too much oil in my car when they did an oil change. They also did not appear to be doing the oil consumption tests correctly, they do not wait long enough for the engine to cool down totally before checking oil.

I tried to make an appt for tires & I was given a date of ten weeks out. Then I received an e mail saying I cancelled an appt I NEVER made When I finally did get an appt I was sorry I didnt shop elsewhere I was charged more than the hourly labor rate saying it didnt apply. So why post the rates if their NOT accurate. My platinum plus rewards points where less than what I originally had after spending over $1600. They gave me a $45 credit toward additional services. This is my 5th vehicle & 4th SubaruI complained to corporate & to platinum plus but of course I NEVER received a reply. Im done with this dealership Bad customer service to the 9th degree. Thats Northtown.

This was the second vehicle I purchased from Jim Schreck and Northtown, and both times have been awesome. Jim was never too pushy, and never tried selling me something that I didnt need. I genuinely felt like Northtown wanted to sell me a car at a reasonable price, unlike other dealers Ive dealt with in the past.
