The 3 workers inside were not wearing their masks at all (just around the neck) and one of them were eating food inside the kitchen. Although I like the food, I felt extremely unsafe that all of them were not following guidelines. Avoid this place until the pandemic ends.Edit: In the food handlers permit documents, it says that employees are not allowed to eat around food preparation areas or around food/food items that will be served to customers. I believe that all employees are required to have a food handlers permit.Also, we were there at 8:30 which was when it was open. I commented that people should avoid this restaurant because the employees are not following statewide mask mandate. It is unlucky that the owner believes that these things are okay and can be tolerated. These simple things that are happening all over the country are the things that is exponentially increasing the number of Covid cases. So, I think it is wise to avoid these restaurants until Covid is settled.Edit: After what you said, (asking what is wrong with eating in food prep area, and making excuses that this happened because I went near closing time) shows that you think these things are okay. If you didnt then you wouldnt have made any excuses.Writing the comment was initially not to attack the restaurant. It was for the safety of myself and to inform the people in this county. Maybe its self-serving, but for sure it is productive (Im doing something that would help slow down the spread). I wrote this in hope that these problems would get fixed, but from your passive aggressiveness, Im going to assume its not going to get fixed. The least I could do is report this situation to the health department and hope they do something about it.It would be better for you if you just stayed home That is exactly what I thought. I should stay home instead of buying food from restaurants that dont keep regulations. Maybe everyone should stay away from restaurants that dont keep safety regulations. We will be doing good to this county and slow the spread.

Wings are amazing and are big as well the wings are crispy and juicy. My favorite is the hot parmesan, and they dont skimp out on the sauce. The tater tots are delicious as well!

I have been eating here since they first opened when I was in High School so near a decade or so at this point. As a resident of Downtown SLC I still make the trip for wings here. Big wings, Fantastic Sauces, and great sides. What else could you ask for? Im here every week for lunch, I always get the lunch special with XX Hot Garlic Pepper wings and chili cheese tots. Hands down the best wing spot in all of Utah, and as someone who has eaten at every one on the map I feel like Id know at this point. Support a local buisness and get wings like you cant at some lame chain.

The food is good but the SERVICE is terrible. They were a little impatient and the menu is hard to understand. Also they need to work on following the health guidelines.

Wings and service were good. Im only rating them a 4 since Ive had better wings and many more wings options elsewhere. But, I would eat here again if in the area and wanted wings.

The food was good but they did not seem happy to serve me. I was looking to try out a new restaurant and he didn’t seem to care. I tried calling them 3 times before coming in to order over the phone and the phone seemed to not be working. He was not very happy when I came in and after I payed with my card, he threw it back to me on the counter. Not very happy with this place at all. It’s unfortunate that people’s attitudes can ruin good food. I don’t plan on coming back.

I love Rocky Mountain Wingshak! This is my go to spot for some tasty wings. Me and my friends go here and get a ton of wings and then just hang out and get too many refills.

Wingshak impressed me significantly. I came in twenty minutes before closing and not only did the kid take my order, but he was ridiculously polite! Now HERE is an establishment that knows how to train the teenagers of Utah County in the food industry (cough cough Chick-fil-a). The food was extremely fresh (wings and fries) and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable for showing up prior to closing either. If you want to skip the commercialization of and social factor of Buffalo Wild Wings and are craving a delicious wing that is comparable, if not better than BWW go to Wingshak.

Their Hot Parmesean sauce is my favorite with the Garlic Cheese Tots as a side.

Great services and food. I had the sweet and spicy BBQ wings and fries. Both were excellent. Service was awesome.

First time here and it was delicious. I had Teriyaki wings as the lunch meal it came with soda and salad for $10. I was full and very satisfied . Staff are super friendly. Its clean and easy to find.

This place is ultimate!! Its good to bring and experience some buffalo flavor to the mix!! Lets go Buffalo!

Great food, service is good. Way too busy at lunch time (food must be good, right?) unless you have about an hour or so you may want to choose another lunch destination.

This is one of our favorite go-to spots. If you have the opportunity to go and eat inside, I would definitely recommend it. They have great customer service and there was definitely hustle formation point it is a great, family-friendly environment also.

Incredible food. Very busy during the lunch rush so show up early. Even with the rush they do a great job and filling orders quickly.
