David Michael sold us our truck! I have never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle as I did with him, and the dealership! I HIGHLY Recommend going to David at the National Buick GMC dealership to purchase Any vehicles! I loves the experience so much I will be buying all of my vehicles from him and this dealership! He made sure our truck was completely detailed, and full tank of gas before leaving the dealership! Ps I might add my husband loves his truck!!

We were looking for a Yukon Denali for a few months now. We found one online at National and have to say, we had one of the quickest purchase experiences I have ever had buying a new car. The team there made us feel totally safe and addressed every concern. Josh Wilde was fantastic to work with and got us a great rate on our new Yukon. Just want to let everyone know this was an amazing dealership to work with. They gave a great amount for my trade in and got me a 2015 Chevy Silverado Z71 for an amazing price. Mason was the salesman and I’d recommend any to reach out to him to help them out. Also I’d like to say that Josh the finance manager was great to work with also. These guys did a great job and a full 5 star rating in my book! Also they got me an amazing interest rate doing financing through them!

Despite unprecedented delays in car manufacturing, their team has worked hard to keep us updated on the status of our order, give us the best options available and do everything in their power to get us what we need as soon as possible. Great team to work with. Everyone was happy and full of energy. Had a small issue with the truck and they were happy to help me with the problem. Turns out not yelling at people helps ALOT!!! Chris in service was super responsive and Mike the sales manager answered all my questions. As a veteran its nice to know that the company employees them and puts them in management roles. Curt the GM even took time to come out and thank us for our business. I will be sending the plenty of business from other veterans like myself.

I’m not the easiest customer, I know this. I know what I want and do all the research to back up my thought process and desires on the cars I buy. From the second I met Talon I knew he was the best salesman for my needs.Talon and National listened and made sure I got exactly what I was wanting. He wasn’t pushy, and didn’t act like he knew everything. I had very specific needs for my purchase and they made it all happen.I hate it when salesman think they know what you want. They act like they know everything and think they know everything about the car your buying, without actually knowing how much you understand or what you really want.Talon was never like that. He made the sales process work, he listened and put up with everything I tried to negotiate, and he made it all work. I highly recommend meeting Talon and he’ll take care of your needs.

I went with my mom to look around at vehicles. She ended up buying a vehicle from the salesman named Preston. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. It was a very pressure free transaction which is very hard to come by when it comes to car salesmen. He was kind, courteous, and knowledge.

Communication lacks. No one returns phone calls or texts. It took two weeks after purchase to complete finance paperwork, not the end of the world. And after purchase, they waited 45 days to mention emissions weren’t complete on the vehicle; delaying registration. This was mentioned after I had to track someone down. Now I have to drive 1.5hr back for them to finish their job, costing me time and money. I have never dealt with a worse dealership in all my life when it comes to the basics of communications.

We had a few communication issues with the purchase of our truck. I had left a bad review, and once the issue was on the owners radar, he made sure that our problem was resolved. I can appreciate someone who can admit that they made a mistake, and take care of the problem.Aside from the communication issues with getting the plates for our truck, our experience with National Buick was good, and we appreciate the owner looking out for his customers.

CAUTION CONTENT MAY SAVE YOU A HUGE HASSLE. It was a very sad transaction, I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer and was told one thing and obtained another. The constant rebuttal I received was unprofessional and down right scammy. I have deferred many friends and family from buying or doing any sort of business with this specific location. And ask those to be aware of this specific AmericanFork location before purchase or even viewing the lot.

Went in to trade in a crv for a Acadia. Shortly realized that it wouldnt work for our family as it was too small. No big deal, my bad. Preston evaluated my crv and was going to offer a decent price, 6000 less than nada value for a car with only 15,000 miles. Whatever no big deal. The MAIN issue is the pressure Preston was trying to put on me to buy a car I told him wouldnt work for me, because it would be less next year if I tried to trade it in. Over and over trying to persuade me to get something that wouldnt work even though I had pointed this out 2 times. I ask for my keys and license back, and he brings out the big guns trying to talk me into buying a Yukon even though I explicitly said I couldnt afford one. I think overall the dealership is probably good, but very unhappy with my experience with this salesman.

I bought a truck from these guys Mike and Edger. I came back to get stuff fixed two weeks later and it had been terrible service. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else!!!!Thanks for the reply Mike. That is a great example of what terrible customer service you can expect here. You didnt listen at all. I am fine putting work and money into the truck. I brought the truck back to you guys two weeks after I purchased it from you and paid you$1,600 to gear box in, new tie rods in and cv axel . After your guys fixed it drove worse and your mechanics noted on the invoice (did not call me about it) that the ball joints are bad (those are a huge safety issue on this truck) I told you I would pay for part but your guys just had all this torn apart and i didnt want to pay your labor all over again (over$1,000). In addition you wanted to charge me again for another alignment when all of this should have been taken care of the first time I brought the truck. The fact you let me drive away on bad ball joints is terrible

My trucks extended warranty company was being very stubborn with covering a damaged engine. The dealership worked hard to get them to replace the engine and cover it. Took a while but they got it done. Thanks guys

Spencer was extremely helpful during my tour of the lot. This guy knows his stuff. Didn’t buy a car today but I know I’ll be back to this specific location when the time comes. Like most of us, I hate the car buying experience.. pushy salespeople, long waits.. not here!!I contacted these guys about a truck and Preston responded quickly. Gave me the info I needed and set up a time to take a look at the truck. Upon arrival the truck was warmed up and ready for me to drive. He handed off the keys and let me take my time. I’ve spent 20 years in sales and customer and this is the first time I’ve seen someone really go out of their way to make the experience great like I do. The team here is knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful and not pushy! Come check them out!
