Attentive naman yung karamihan ng staff nila. nagrequest kami na mahina yung shower, inayos naman. magalang yung mga nasa food area at nakangiti pag nagse-serve.may isa lang staff na may reklamo si misis. nagpaayos kasi sya ng TV kasi nga nawala yung cable. yung staff na hiningan ng tulong ay ang sabi hindi ko po alam yan. hindi ito nagustuhan ni misis. bakit hindi naghanap ng paraan at subukan ayusin. dead end mentality. at sinabi rin pala ng staff ibang channel na lang panoorin nyo. memorable yun sa amin. wag sana ganon. kasi nakapanood kami ng maayos na cable nung una. pinapaayos lang.pagdating sa food, may free breakfast sila.

Overall the place is nice and the staff is very accomodating. They fogged eached room to sanitize. Welcome kits cointains toiletries, mask, alcohol with spray and facial tissue placed in a ziplock. I just hope after their renovation they would consider their videoke having its own room There are some corners in the bathroom uncleaned and some dead insects in the pool but aside from it the place is properly maintained.

Rooms are neat. Facilities were good..Staff are very accommodating.. the only complained we had is the wifi connection.. very poor.

Accommodating staff. Nice room. But they should not allow pets. I found dog mites..ugghh. The pool needs to be maintained. The breakfast typical average Filipino dish -- _____logs! Unless they ban pets It will be hard to try to return here!

Faulty shower head, faulty bathroom doorknob, oh wait, there was no doorknob, and the floor leaks, I thought it was me, but after wiping the same spot of puddle on the floor 3times in a row, I called the desk to ask for room transfer. I expected these rooms to be below average, but I expected the staff to be a little more apologetic. When they transfered me though, its to a smaller room and the staff and reception desks claimed its the same room I booked, they also wanted to charge me for using the kettle heater and for asking fresh sheets and towels...on my third day.

Place is clean, rooms are spacious the staff is courteous making for a wonderful stay!

Another good value for money hotel (except for the location)!We attended a Christening/birthday in February somewhere in Indang and had to look for somewhere to stay the night.I had prepared for this, looked for a hotel that served free breakfast, with free parking, Wifi and swimming pool for less than P1,800.Jackpot, I found Hotel Georgina. Its not that easy to find, thanks to Waze and Google Maps, which we simultaneously used just in case :)It had 2 pools available. Theres a poolside cafe where breakfast was served. Our room had its own garage with a gate, which made it more secure for the car.The staff were friendly, there were many guards (in uniform and civilian). The pools were nice, especially the one by the cafe.Best of all, with all these inclusions, it was at an affordable rate. So, if you need a night to stay near the Indang/Silang/Amadeo area without breaking the bank, this hotel is for you.

The location is nice, breakfast is good, a little bit far from highway but can ***age by walking

Very comfortable, peace and quiet place to stay Very accommodating staffs. The shower has a heater, very clean room, function room and pool that can be use. But the food are a bit pricey for the amount served.

The staffs are very nice and helpful, although they provide package to Taal volcano, but its abit too expensive, overall, a cheap place to stay the night( They can do a cheaper 12 hours counts) ,but not a place for picky people.

사진과 많이 다름, 조명도 어둡고 에어컨 하나도 안 시원함 결정적으로 냉장고 없음!! 별 한개를 주는 이유는 그나마 매트리스가 푹신해서......

OK but not that GOOD either. Took the Standard room on room 206, the bed isnt that soft, the room quite small, and the tv and a/c is high, almost you cant reach it. Good side tho is the WiFi, availability for pets (charge of 300), the CR, and the friendliness of the staff.You can have much more on this price.

Too expensive for the quality of service. Comfort room looks untidy and the door knob is not working. Blankets are too thin for the cold weather of tagaytay. The aircon is situated at the head part of the bed so you might wanna do something about it so your head wont be hit by the cold breeze. You will only see walls from your window room.But the heater is working good. Thats why im giving it a 3 star. They will only give you receipt. No note for the time of check out, what are the dos and dont etc. Just a receipt

5min from city center with jeepney, nice pool, some rooms are leaking when raining, but staff provided a new room, friendly and helpful staff,good standard breakfast, acceptable free wifi in the room, overall a good hotel,clean rooms, toothbrush, soap and towels provided.
