I just moved to the area and was not sure of a good place to take my vehicle. I took it to Valvoline to have the oil changed and they charged 50 dollars for conventional oil and told me that I needed my serpentine belt replaced. I was going to let them replace it but they told me that because of the belt I had it would need to be replaced elsewhere. I went to Andys and they told me that I didnt even need it changed or replaced. They could have easily replaced my (perfectly fine) belt and charged me and I would have had no idea. But they were honest and professional and I really appreciated that, because I know nothing about cars. Needless to say Ill be TAKING MY CAR HERE FROM NOW ON. (: Friendly staff, quick service, HONEST WORKERS! Very very pleased.

I have gone to Andy’s for auto service and auto body work since 1984. The quality of service has always been excellent and since I have so much confidence in their work, I always will return. Andy’s has made a commitment to the community by purchasing and renovating the Rothman Furniture Store and combining their previous multiple locations into one.

Travis and Ryan were great! I was headed home and ran over a piece of metal that punctured my tire. I happened to be going by your facility on Homer Adams and pulled in. Even though it was almost 6 PM and closing time, they stayed late and fixed my tire. I truly appreciate the extra time they put in, even though it was a Friday, and Im sure they were anxious to get home! Thanks so much.

I took a vehicle there for emissions test and they were very polite and friendly I would recommend them for any mechanic work needing done.

The only thing that I was concerned about was the lack of communication about my car. I had to call to see when it was gonna be done. However they were professional and even gave me a ride to enterprise to get my rental. Very good repair work.

After a very bad no good day the staff here was more then willing to help out even though their day was ending. They kept all their promises and fixed me up to drive away. The next day they replaced the tire quickly and allowed me to not miss a beat. I will be back.

We take both of our vehicles to Andys, primarily for oil changes and tire rotations and with some big items coming up at 100,000 miles on the truck, they seem worthy of sticking with them.

Not cool to tell people to go ahead and bring their stuff in and then refuse to even look at it.

I totally agree with you! I was just there last weekend to change my engine oil, they did a good job on that. But they said my front break pads were awfully bad, I had less than 2mm left and I needed to have them replaced immediately! And they said it would cost $160 including labor, part and turn the rotors and he said that was a great deal. I refused to do it and yesterday I brought the car to my friend, who is a mechanic and took both front wheels off, both break pads were in good condition, they were at least 15 mm, not like 2mm Andys auto shop said to me, and my rotors were perfectly fine. I bought the break pads from Autozone for $19.99 and my friend only charged me $20 for the easy job, so all together I paid $40, but Andys auto shop was asking to charge me for $160! Do not let them fix your car beside oil change, it is a rip off !

I took my daughters truck in for new tires, alignment and oil change. They preformed the work in a timely manner and had the truck ready to go with minimal fuss.

They were unable to align my vehicle properly. After working on it for 2.5 hrs and telling me this the manager then still tried to charge me for the time and effort his employees put into the vehicle.To further add to the issue after I requested my car be released to me an employee took it for a 17 mile test drive to make sure their alignment they couldnt perform was acceptable. This was done without my consent.My car is a performance vehicle and the bulk of the employees are between 19-21 the manager said. It doesnt take 17 miles to check an alignment.Stay far away from this establishment.

Mr. Wickenhouser was the service writer. Went to pick up car, it was the worst body work I had ever seen. I asked Mr. Wickenhouser to look at both sides of the car and tell me if it was the same car. He said it was and that it was the best job they could do. I said that I could NOT accept the work done. He said it could sit on the lot and they would charge such an exorbitant amount for storage that it would become HIS car and he would be driving it.

It reminds you that good people and businesses are a thing of the past.

Well established buisness

I have a few simple questions. How can one auto body shop (i.e. Andys) charge 19.6 hours for labor on a simple repair and another auto body shop charge 6.1 hours of labor for the same simple repair? Also, does it make sense to anyone to be told by an auto body shop (i.e. Andys) that the rear bumper will need to be removed to fix a scratch and small dent on the rear door? Do you really think I, or anyone else in their right mind for that matter, would believe that? Also, how can one auto body shop (i.e. Andys once again), even think that an estimate of $1,126 is even reasonable when another, more honest shop, would estimate the EXACT repair at $450? In other words, what I am saying, is that Andys appears to be the most dishonest, ridiculously priced, inaccurate body shop around. I would not set foot in the door again. And I would recommend everyone else reconsider before they have an estimate completed with them.
