If you’re expecting to walk into this dealership with your guard up and the typical preconceived opinions of sale people, I can tell you, you’ll be in for a surprise and that would be a waste of your energy. The staff at Wondries Toyota from the receptionist to the salespeople ( who all smiled and said hello and welcomed my daughter and I, to the management team who came over to our table and introduced themselves including the big boss Abbagail all made us feel welcomed like family. It was total opposite from your typical dealership experience. Isabel and Json listened to our needs and there was no high pressure to buy “now”. My daughter got exactly what she wanted and I paid exactly what I felt was a great deal. Wondries Toyota has us as a customer for life! Highly recommended

Wondries Toyota is my go to service department primarily because of service representative Todd Tamaki. I trust him and know that he won’t sell me anything I don’t need. They do excellent work. The remodeled facility is also very nice.

Service receptionist and service desk personnel need better communications regarding delays in service call backs.

Martha, James, and Raul were excellent. I had experiences at other dealerships where I felt like they were not being dishonest. The slimy salesman type of deal. Not at this place. I actually felt like family. I felt like I was being treated very honestly like a family member would treat me. I got a great deal and was continually given opportunities to ask questions about my new vehicle. In fact, James has texted me several times asking me if I have any questions about my new vehicle. I highly recommend Wondries Toyota in Los Angeles California. We drove 5 hours to get here in the rain and it was well worth it.

I’ve visited this location a few times now. Excellent customer service and technicians. I’ve had major services done here, battery installed, got brakes fixed (warranty) and everytime the service was top notch. Special shout out to Nelson who always takes care of me.

I had the inverter coolant, radiator coolant, and transmission oil replaced based on my research. The Toyota certified technician found some lights that needed replacement that I missed. I had it replaced at a very reasonable price. The service was done in one day.

I got my alignment check for my Prius here. Everyone was very friendly and for a high service traffic dealership, everyone was very efficient as well. I’ve been to the pasadena dealership for alignment and they didn’t even provide me with the report when I asked. Wondries Toyota left a copy of the alignment report in my car! I recommend this place for Toyota alignment. I’ve gotten my alignment at a non dealership. It didn’t really work. Now I only get alignment done at wondries

The process was smooth and effective! I’m thrilled experiencing 1st class operation at Wondries Toyota. Personnel staff opened gate to the dealership at 6:30 am. (I’m impressed; this gentleman takes his responsibility seriously). Smooth checking in and out. Effective of time promise and reception. Both service advisors, John and Lizbeth, were wonderful and courteous. Ample waiting room space which is truly functional during Covid-19 pandemic.I was concerned when first checked in because of another commitment right afterward but John assured me not to worry and it turned out that the service was completed even 20 minutes before the promised time. I scheduled an appointment last Monday and had to cancel unexpectedly. I was given a new appointment for this Monday. My scheduled appointment was for 7:45. Everything was pretty good. The staff was professional. The car was not washed. Maybe that’s the new norm. But I asked the team to tighten up the bottom of the front bumper while they were fixing the car, they didn’t do it. That’s a bit disappointing since they did all the items that had a charge with it. The total cost was $700+ and they didn’t just spend a min to do a favor that I asked for was disappointing. Other than that, everything seems okay.
