Its difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic these days. This establishment is a great example of quality work with great prices. I take my work and personal vehicles here and I highly recommend them for any mechanical needs.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Mastertek for 3 years and have been extremely pleased with the timeliness and quality of their service each visit. They have a fantastic team and are fair and honest when it comes to the expectations regarding service. Being a small business owner myself, Dave, the owner, has really impressed me by coming out and speaking with me personally about the concerns of my food truck. It shows he and his team really take pride in what they are doing. Wishing you all lots of continued success!

Cant say enough good things about these guys. They have a great drop-off service. Dave is honest, no nonsense, and knows his stuff. Customer service couldnt be better. Mark at the front desk is a pleasure to coordinate scheduling maintenance with. They also have a great team of mechanics who also know their stuff. They do everything here and are very good with communicating concerns you may have with your ride. I highly recommend them. As long as they are around, Ill be taking all my cars here.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Last Saturday my boyfriend dropped off his car here for new head gaskets and clutch. He stopped in that Wednesday to check in and everything was going well. The engine was clean and looked good. Yesterday, (following Friday) I went in with him and our 6 month old to pay. The first thing they told us was that they added on new spark plugs even though he didnt need them since he JUST installed new ones a few weeks ago. They proceeded to tell us that there was still engine noise but it went away while cruising in 4th and 5th gear. The noise going into the shop was caused by clutch chatter and valve lash, while driving around to break in the new parts my boyfriend was alarmed to discover the noises coming from his engine sounded like knock, an issue that was nonexistent a week ago. The clutch was also not properly installed. When he pushed down it went straight to floor so he asked Dave why that was and he told him it would build pressure as he broke it in. Having never broken in a new clutch before and working a long day, he decided to take Daves word. Not only did the clutch not build pressure, it might be completely useless now and that was his own part. On first inspection of his motor, he found it to be covered in grease and oil and his oil wasnt even filled to the top despite them claiming and charging us for it. Extremely disappointed in these people for charging me almost 3 grand just to f*ck up my motor.

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Ive worked through a lot of mechanics over the years. These guys took my Cherokee and fixed my fuel pump for a LOT less than other shops quoted. Dropped off Tuesday night and driving home Wednesday afternoon with work all done!! Fast, reliable, and has integrity!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Very flexible and willing to go out their way to get you driving.

Its awesome to be able to trust that, when I take my car here, I am being given reliable and factual information and estimates in regards to my car. Tired of getting questionable recommendations from the dealership about issues that dont quite seem right or relevant? I was, and I came here for a second opinion. After my experience with Mastertek, if at all possible, I will never go back to the dealership for issues/repairs if I can bring it to these guys. Cant thank Mastertek enough.

The guys here are very professional and were able to fix an electrical issue for me that 3 other shops couldnt including McGrath Honda. Would definitely recommend them.

Master-Tech is just what the name implies. This outfit is truly a cut above the rest. I moved here from Florida 10 years ago and was blessed enough to find this company. Dave - Mark and the entire crew are extremely professional and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure that once your car is serviced, you are happy.I truly hope that this company stays exactly the same and never changes the formula that makes them so dam unique. He once did a full rear brake replacement free of charge when I had a caliper lock after the warranty expired (was expecting your warranty expired 2k miles ago). They provide accurate estimates up front and charge a fair price for their services. We have been dealing with Dave for many years taking our cars in when we had more than one car. Dave has been the best , friendly, honest, reliable, dependable. prompt in servicing our car. He always stands in back of his work and work done by his mechanics. In an unexpected emergency will find the time and always has the time to help you out, even will do repair work on the driveway, if its not a major repair job or will take it into the shop. You can depend that repair charges are fair and reasonable. MASTERTEK and Dave as owner are the best auto repair shop in the area. We have been very happy and extremely satisfied with his service .

Mastertek is the ONLY repair shop that I take my car to. They do excellent work at a fair price. They will not let you down.

Always great service and thats why I go back every time my vehicle needs any type of service. I wont trust my car to any other. Prices are always more than fair.

So, I took my van in after it started acting funny and the steering wheel was hard to turn and the transmission was struggling to shift. They said I needed new cooling lines to my transmission. They also added that my serpentine belt fell off so they put that back on, they stated that they didnt know why it fell off. $300 dollars later I took the car home and 2 days later, the belt came off again. So we towed it back up there so they could look at it again. They then called and said I had major leaks (oil and power steering fluid) they tell me $700 to fix those and that it has other things wrong with it. I tell them not to fix it because I cant afford it. And when I get there they charge me $25 for looking at it.So, now you know the story and here is my problem. They NEVER told me I had any leaks until after I shelled out $300 for the first repair. They KNEW that it wasnt going to fix my problems because I had a leak SPRAYING out everytime I turned my wheel. There is ABSOLUTELY NO way they didnt see those leaks which existed when they had the car the first time. They fixed the one problem that would make the car drive for a short time and then when it died (which i firmly believe they knew it would quickly) they only then told me i had so many other issues. They told me on the second trip that the belt was falling off because of the leaks. If the belt fell off on the first trip as well, then wouldnt you think it was leaking then too? If i bring my car to you to look at, then i would think looking for leaks is one of the first things you do, right? Then to charge me $25 to look at my car the second time when it should have been looked at the first time I brought it in, was insulting. This is the second time they have done something like this in the 18 months I have used them. They are close by and seem very nice, however, I believe I was taken advantage of on 2 occasion because Im a bit timid and Im a woman. I would highly recommend that you do not go here. I know they have good reviews, i just think they caused me to pay out 300 bucks for a repair when they knew the car needed so much more. Either its dishonest or someone didnt do their job when looking at my car and missed 2 oil leaks, a SPRAYING power steering leak, and numerous other things they told me were wrong on the second visit.I did end up taking the car to get fixed somewhere else. Mastertek quoted my 700 more to fix some of the leaks and I got it done for just shy of 500. BUYER BEWARE!!

Every time our trucks have been serviced by MASTERTEK, we have the same great experience. The services performed are in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. The staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. Recently a headlight was replaced in my truck. It was sunny, hot and humid.The tech replaced it quickly in the driveway of MASTERTEK to save me time. He was dripping in sweat as I watched from the comfort of my air-conditioned truck... no need to shut off the engine! For me that is going above the expectations for customer service.
