The can we wanted to purchase smelled like cigarette smoke and Jim has continually helped us with getting the smell out and has checked up on us to make sure we’re good and didn’t need anything else. Absolutely the worst buying, dealing and customer service that I have every had. First off, salesman was professional and did his job the best he could. I purchased a 2008 f350 dually 6.4 diesel from this dealership about a month ago. Had the truck for one week and found out that the shear pin in the rear end was broken. Carfax showed one minor front end damage crash. According to the dealership, it passed their multi-point inspection and was cleared to be sold. I spoke to the general manager Kevin in person and he told me that he wasn’t going to do anything to help fix the problem and that it was my problem. Paid to fix that on my own to find out that the truck has a bad crank shaft seal, bed plate is leaking and glow plug is also leaking but passed their inspection at the dealership. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership. I had to put one star because the negative isn’t an option. Be aware....

This is a very good place to purchase a car. Ron was very patient with me during my visit and went above and beyond to show Fantastic Customer SATISFACTION. The Manager over the entire building is Very Great. I had to return my car because my own family in my opinion was jealous. I want to go back and purchase but I dont think they will sell me another car now thanks to my own family messing up my purchase. But now I know Im gonna keep my next purchase a secret until the deal is sealed so I cant return it.

I had Joe as my salesman! He was super awesome. I pulled in and told him I wanted to trade my car in. I told him what car I wanted to get and he brought me the exact car that I wanted. I was messaging back and forth with my husband and he wanted me to find something else, so Joe took me over to the Nissan place and we looked at the one my husband wanted me to look at. He could tell I wasn’t happy with it and I said as much. We looked at the NEW low mileage and they were quite a bit more expensive than the one I loved. I bought a car from Twin City Auto Center and I am very dissatisfied. I felt very pressured throughout my whole experience purchasing a vehicle, and I felt as if they did not care about me, the customer, at all. They were just concerned with selling a car and making money. They did sell me a car, which I currently am not happy driving, and I have only had it for a couple weeks! I felt like they sold me a car they wanted me to have, not that I wanted to actually purchase, pay for and be in!! I spoke with them more than a handful of times, regarding my concerns, and all the issues with this vehicle and have achieved nothing.I still have a car I am unhappy with, and now owe a great deal of money for an investment that I feel wasnt in my interest. I absolutely want to trade it and get something different, or get my car I traded in back. I went to Twin City Auto Center, THREE (3) days after buying the car and asked if I could have my car I traded in back, and they said NO. Then they said, they would try to find something and make it work for me. The car they found was not what I wanted, and when they let me drive it, it had not even been detailed, and it should have been detailed before even showing it to me.Again, they were looking to put me in a vehicle they wanted me to be in, not what I wanted! I spoke to the General Manager several times and never got anything resolved. He told me, nothing they do seems to please me, when I asked about the finance amount being different then what I was actually told. The general manager said, let me try to explain this to you, to someone who doesnt understand the car business. Well, that made me feel stupid. I may not know everything about the car business, but I can assure you, I am far from stupid! I have bought cars in the past and have never had the issues I have had dealing with Twin City Auto Center. I WILL NEVER go back to this place to buy a car, and I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone go to them due to the treatment Iexperienced!I am a Nurse at UT Medical Center, and I assure you this will be posted here, so everyone can see how Twin City Auto Center treats their customers. I am also aware, the owners of this small dealership would not be happy with my horrific experience, nor the way their staff deals with customers such as myself.

I have been wanting a new car for months. I knew exactly what I wanted and what features I wanted on my car. Sunday evening my husband and I went to Twin City Auto Center after they had closed as we wanted to look without being bothered. I found a couple of cars that I was really interested in so we went back yesterday. Salesman Joe came out to help us. He went and got keys for both cars. He answered our questions and didn’t push us into anything like some salesman are known to do. We were paying for the car out right so we were going to have to come back today with a check. Joe was not working today but came in anyway to take care of us. After signing the papers and getting ready to leave, I noticed that there was something wrong with the passenger seat underneath and Joe called the parts division and set us up to have the seat fixed. Thanks Joe. You were a really great help and I love my “new” 2018 Altima. I give you 5 stars.

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. They swore to me they would take my trade in. They knew I was upside down on it and every detail of my situation and even knew what my credit was like before I went in... i made it clear I had NO money down and no way to get any. And all I had was my trade and they swore they would be able to do it. I stated Ive heard that before from other lots and didnt wanna waste my time, just to get told the whole spill, were not like those other lots and we definitely can do it so I went down there just to sit for almost 3 hours to be told they couldnt take my trade cause I was upside down and wanted 2,000 down.. WASTE of time. Also I posted this review on their Facebook page and they deleted my comment and blocked me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I also have ALL the screenshots and messages to back myself up.

DO NOT shop here. Sold my 19 year old a wrecked car with a fake car fax. Loan is now 3 times what the car is worth. It’s unsafe to drive. They 100% took advantage of a desperate situation. When it was brought to their attention they initially admitted to fault. Promised to “make it right”. Then decided it wasn’t their issue. I repeat. DO NOT trust these people.

Update. Finance office is a joke. Was told they could check with all the local credit unions and banks. Then was told mine wouldnt finance it for me so I had to use Wells Fargo. Which wasnt the case after talking to the credit union because wells had me in a insane interest rate (I dont have bad credit). Also twin city auto didnt give me the chance to pay anything down which would have helped that interest. So tip to any first time car buyers like myself: go talk to your bank or credit union yourself preferably in person dont let these guess handle it. Also check you vehicle really good before buying it like park it on clean concrete for a while to see if it leaks..and if the battery is dead when you look at it make them test it not just charge it..got stranded about 3 days buying it because a cell in the battery was bad after they said well it restarts every time it should be good.
