Cant believe Im saying that my burger was really good. It was McDonalds but it was good green chile double cheese. They were really busy and I didnt have to wait very long. Kudos!

Since Covid has started the Service has gone down dramatically, for my last five visit two in the afternoon and 3 after work around 11pm, my meals have been extremely subpar. The first 2 issues were the drinks completely flat and I even ask them to remake it. Still flat even told them so, chalk it up to the machine. Now for the last 3 days I gone after work which for me is about 11 pm, my drinks have been water down like the ice has melted and all, meaning they made it as soon as I order and just let it sit! Ask them to remake each time and still tasted the same then I saw !!!!! All they did was pour it in another Cup!!!!!! And tonight as am writing this their website say in nice bold green letter open 24 hours, no Covid hours!!!!! I went to get dinner and they say to me as I get up their they are taking delivery only no take out!!!!!! Am gonna call corporate on Monday and make a official compliant on the lack of customers service as well as this BS of not remaking the drink of all things correctly and shutting down their drive thru cause of whatever reason!!!!

Not 24 hours. Had cones blocking their drive through at 11:50pm and dining room closed.

We went around midnight and lady was super rude she mocked us and was super rude…I cannot believe how unprofessional these people were. I’m very upset and need to do better

I gave the cashier a digital coupon and the coupon was not working properly, he argued with me and told me I was wrong. I then spoke to the manager and she told me she couldn’t do anything about it. I was using a coupon to buy one breakfast sandwich get one for a penny. I felt frustrated that she couldn’t get the coupon to work or honor it differently. If they shut down their customers like this then they will lose business. I took my family over to Burger King and they helped me with my breakfast with friendly service.

McDonalds on Candelaria and Eubank hes a really great McDonalds. They are very fast, efficient, they almost always get the orders right. If for some reason, they dont get the order right, theyre willing to fix it right there on the spot or they take your name so the next time you come in they give you a discount or something free for your troubles. The people there are so friendly, the minute you walk in they say welcome to McDonalds, theyre willing to help you immediately. The inside of McDonalds is clean, easy to maneuver and well lit. This is one of the best McDonalds Ive been to.

Had a fish sandwich meal and really enjoyed it. Have eaten at this McDonalds several times. The staff is great. When they see me walk in with a cane, they always offer to bring my order to the table.

Its a functional McDonalds. You dont so much come here for the cuisine as you come for something cheap and filling. Would have been 3 stars if it hadnt been for their Strawberry/banana smoothies.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and I got 2 cheeseburgers with a single pickle each. Im pretty sure thats not even the standard amount let alone extra.

This location has never failed me on any order. Hot food..

Just awful, the person at the first window lied about us taking off an item so he wouldnt get in trouble, while at the window to pay, when we only exchanged these words have a good night two different people they gave us trouble at the next window, even the manager gave attitude and told us to have to go back around after waiting for more than 30 minutes!! We asked for her name and gave us attitude again saying she didnt need to give it to us. We didnt give any trouble about it, we were cool, we understood, and we always go there as well live right next to it. She did not need to be that way. This review better be seen by any general manger. That was UNACCEPABLE!!

Its very close by home! Had my order wrong a couple of times. But when I go in they are nice in fixing it. There scanner was not working for my mobile coupon. They still have the deal!

I went on a Sunday night when they were basically dead, in fact I was the only one in line. I ordered around 25$ worth of food and somehow they forgot the biggest item (8$ sandwhich) of the order. No problem I call them up after I get home and after reaching them twice and being hung up on both times I felt that this review was warranted. Their customer service is horrible and their supervisors are willing to sweep their mistakes under the rug as long as no one is willing to report them to someone higher up. This isnt the first time theyve messed up my order. Its happened at least a half of dozen times before and this will be the last. If it happens to you I reccomend a charge back without trying to resolve the issue as they obviously dont care.

I dont eat at McDonalds, but was picking up for someone. The lines were ridiculously long but I decided to wait it out. The service was excellent and the line went surprisingly fast. Order was correct, no bs. Kudos to the workers. They work hard no doubt.

McDonald’s on Eubank and Candelaria have the best service food is always warm

Took a while, but what do you want at 2:30am?Food was fresh.

Went to the one on tramway and Montgomery and for whatever reason they locked the doors without any explanation. So they had a drive up line of 15 cars. No way was I going to wait in that. So I went to Candelaria and Eubank no line in drive up and allowed people into the restaurant. Very quick service

People need to learn how to take a motor from the drive-thru and learn how to add I need to go back to school

Wow just wow. Its 12pm its packed i got served fast and food was on point. These employes were not the usual. Very fast service

Not the first time we had issues at this McDonalds. The lady would say Anything else? After everything we would say. If we didnt respond with in a few seconds (like 3 seconds), she would say it again. Rude and impatient. When we returned home, we found we were missing items due to her rudeness. We drive back to get the items and she asked for a receipt over the speaker, we said we had it and she said okay go to the second window then. Rude again. We got our things, and left, just to find that one of the sandwiches had no cheese. Its not that hard to pay attention, our order wasnt complicated. Calm yourselves and LISTEN to the order.

Its McDonalds... nothing special. Service was ok. Lines move as expected. Meh.

Usually I like this McDonalds and its always reliable until theyre painting the drive-thru during breakfast rush hour... Cones everywhere and people all in a frenzy... Not a good time I wont be back for a while Im a little traumatized :-(

Got myself a burger, thought I pulled into whataburger so I was confused at first but I was happy with the burger I got.

They run a tight game for how busy this location is. Ordered carside via the app. Food was hot, order was correct, and they seemed to have their COVID precautions down. Good jobs guys.

Same quality food, but the lady taking payments was so friendly and upbeat, it was refreshingly nice.

The girl who gave me my food was so cheerful and polite, even though they were very busy!

Asked for extra pickles and didnt get any.. its OK. They are still learning..
