Painless. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They knew what they where doing and at no point was I worried or stressed. They where also efficient, with little time spent in the waiting room. I recovered quickly thanks to their work.

Professional staff, nice clean office. Helpful when it comes to billing, taking Covid precautions seriously and feels very safe. I went in for an emergency extraction per my dentist and was nervous - Dr. Candelaria was flexible and moved my appointment later in the week so I could have IV Sedation. I was hoping for nitrous but he explained that that typically isnt enough to knock you out, plus it has negative impacts on staffs reproductive health, so I appreciated that perspective. The extraction was quick, easy, no bruising or swelling and healed up well. Will return here for my implant.

Dr. Candelaria and his staff are amazing! My son who was born with a cleft lip/palate has had a few procedures with Dr. Candelaria all with great results. Hands down a great Dr and great practice! He is kind, caring and compassionate, as well as his staff. Im glad we were referred there. I can say with confidence you are in great hands.

I highly recommend that NOONE come to this facility for their tooth extraction or any other oral surgery. The staff including Dr.Mitchell are insensitive, rude, and completely without empathy for their patients. If you are in pain, before, during or after your procedure do not expect OMSA to take care of you. Rather, expect them to assume you are lying and make you feel like garbage for even complaining to begin with. ALSO if you dont have private insurance and are planning to use medicaid benefits to pay for your procedure you can expect Dr. Mitchell to treat you less than human as he is not being paid as much from your insurance. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid OMSA at all costs they WILL NOT take care of you in a kind or respectful manner.
