What a place .....to work at.. cant wait for the concert season to begin!!!!

Parking is about a 2. We are disabled and walking was not fun. Otherwise, the amphitheatre was good as always! Joan Jett and Heart were amazing!!!!

Great venue. Lawn seats with seat rental is well worth the money.

Come earlier than you want. Its one lane in and one lane out. Once in its an old venue but beautiful sunset.

Breaking Benjamin was awesome! Great sound and plenty of room to find a good spot to watch the show! I would recommend this venue again.

They tell you at the gate to take screenshots of your tickets. There is NO service at the gate so make sure you take screen shots long before you get to the venue. The Ticketmaster app doesn’t allow you to take screenshots either so use the link in the email. This place is decent once you’re in but a nightmare to do so. The wrist bands for 21 and over are a good idea. It’s also nice that security guards don’t go hunting for pot smokers in the crowd. I guess times are a changin.

Great outdoor venue. Always have a blast here. Love the big screens, music is nice and loud, the way it should be

Saw Ozzie Osborne here. Very quick ingress egress took some time though. Had very good seats. Friendly staff.

Sec 9, Seat B5. Everything was great. Sprinkles of rain and distant lighting while we were there. Get there early for better parking. We parked far and walked quite a long distance. Had I been alone, I never would have found my way back to the car in the dark. If you take Uber or Lyft, there is special place right outside the entrance for drop off and pick up. Porta Potties only, but they were well maintained. The amphitheater and surrounding areas were clean and felt safe. Only downside was the lines. Long, slow lines at the entrance, the toilets, and concessions.

Ive loved this venue since it was the journal. But its definitely gotten better since Isletta took it over. Always a great place for a concert!

Prices for food and drink inside are extremely high, but that is to be expected for the place to make money, so bring a bottle of water with you. Unfortunately the amphitheater happens to face directly into the setting sun, so depending on the time of day and year some seats will be better than others. The closer you are the less this matters.

A bit pricey but overall worth it to go see a few shows here. I have seen everyone from Def Leppard to Fall Out Boy to Wiz Khalifa here and every single show was great, especially when Warped Tour went through here.

Had an awesome time w/ my wife, seen Slayer for a third time, got a bit cold at the end of the show, just left.

Here in Albuquerque we have few options when it comes to big name concerts but I was fortunate enough to see Mary J Blige with free tickets from my best friend. The venue was nice but the reason I’m giving two stars is accessibility to the venue and price of drinks which was absolutely ridiculous.

This is the best amphitheater because it can have almost 1,000 people in the concert. I believe it is the best theater in the whole state of New Mexico.

Im a 60 year old girl & my 1st experience visiting Isleta Amphitheater. I went alone, treating myself to a VIP box seat, which included entry into the VIP club with private bathrooms, 2 bands, small pre concert buffet dinner & VIP parking, for the Journey/Def Leppard concert on Sept 5, 2018. I was excited going VIP! Very easy to get to from Los Lunas & park. A bit of a walk from parking to Amphitheater but not as bad as exaggerations I previously read. Quick entry & guided easily to VIP Club. VIP box sat 6. Identical seating for 3 each side, bar style tables firmly attached to rail W/ private drink wells, so drinks dont spill, tall bar stools & service call buttons for each table.Spacious & inviting VIP Club W/good bands. Private bathrooms very convenient instead of long walk & lines at Portal Potty.Buffet consisted of a salad, BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, red beans & a cookie. Delicious but developed bad heartburn. Walked entire venue, went to medical and VIP services w/no antacids anywhere!! Surprised with all the crazy food it sells, they didnt sell at least Tums! I was heartbroken but grateful because I was in so much pain whenabout 5 songs into Journeys set they stopped because of wind, concert eventually canceled & rescheduled for Sept 18th!It was a great venue, but I gave it only 3 stars because of#1- They should have provided, SOME KIND of antacids or Tums SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE on the property, even in Medical for God sake!#2 - Poor VIP Customer Relations! When you pay $250 for a VIP ticket, you want to feel at least a little special & that your presence is somewhat appreciated! Being greeted by a smile makes a big difference in whether you want to come back or not! Everyone wants to be a little bit appreciated & the girl at VIP services clearly showed that was the last place in the World she wanted to be at that moment & that you just being there bothered her.#3- Poor customer Service. convenient server call buttons arent convenient if servers dont respond! Pressed it 3 times with in 1/2 an hour & she was leaning against the wall talking to someone the whole time. I asked if button worked, she said Yeah it works, Why did you want something? Isleta Amphitheatre, come on, REALLY!? is this the people you want interacting with your customers!!?? I think not! My husband & I were blown away by the amazing entertainment you provide but are reconsidering buying season VIP box seats next year. Why buy VIP if youre not treated VIP ?

Great outdoor venue. Good parking. Nice views from anywhere. My only complaint is that if your show is on a windy day, sound is not that awesome but thats nothing compared to the artist performance.

Super loud and great rock venue. From the pit to the lawn offers great entertainment viewing experience. Cons-Existing venue is a hassle.

Great spot for a concert, but they need to do something about the bottleneck trying to get out after the shows.

Venue is great all around, but I would recommend food and drinks prior to coming out. Food is expensive but whats even more INSANELY expensive (which doesnt make sense for a local venue to be charging do much) is the drinks. For cheap domestic beer 20oz youre looking to spend over 17 bucks just for one drink! Typically at other venues youre looking about 7 for domestic beer anywhere else.

Awesome place to catch live events!! Have been coming here for years. Caught Godsmack, Journey, Def Leppard, Stone Sour and Ozzy Osbourne this summer. Nice!

This is a good venue for concerts. Only thing is, traffic getting out of there is horrible.

Want to see Lauryn Hill last night was awesome

We recently went for Pentatonix concert on the lawn area. It is a decent-sized theater but I just wish they had more speakers at the back so people in the lawn area can enjoy the music better. Its not bad but theres room for improvement.

VIP tickets are the way to go if you can afford it! The lawn is GA and you can hear the music but its far away, see photo below of my husband looking up at the lawn. Often the shows are by pretty dated artists but its a good time. Its a large venue so wear sneakers, bring a 1oz container of sunscreen and a fanny pack, budget about $18 per drink, even beer. Id like to give a shootout to the medical team who bandaged my husbands head after he got a gash on his head in the circle pit at Pennywise. You can get an Uber from this venue, it can be $18-$30 to get back to the West side of town, depending on the time you call. Eat in advance, theres insane food and drink lines at this place. I did see a lot of folks were able to bring in their own water so I guess thats allowed- maybe wise to invest in a clear plastic backpack for festivals. I didnt think you could bring unbrellas but did see a few people with them once we got inside the venue.

My first concert was so much fun. The food was kind of expensive but I think thats normal for a concert.

Very Good concert. I loved it. Beautiful scenery of the city and those wonderful New Mexico sunsets. Room on the lawn can get a little tight but nothing I can complain about.

Won seats to the Bud Light party deck, free beer and awesome spacious seats! The light show was dope and the place isnt super big, so the acoustics were great. We also got a free ride back to our car!

My family and I were visiting ABQ and decided to go to see Keith Urban while there. We brought blankets, sat in the grass and enjoyed the show. Easy in and out. Great venue.

I love the summer concerts here. My husband and I always have a great time.

Everyone is drunk, the whole place reeks of pot, and the music is too loud.

What a cool venue. Its like our beloved Pine Knob (DTE Energy pavilion), only without the covered area.The acoustic are excellent! We came here to enjoy Mumford and Sons. Also seeing Catfish and the Bottlemen.

Always a great venue. Oh and hey the concept was great. Thanks for bringing such great bands to Albuquerque. Would love to see the Lumineers perform here soon.

I just saw Journey and Def Leppard recently! Its a night Ill never forget! The staff were attentive, engaging and energizing. They kept the grounds, for the most part, clean from trash. Security were watchful and had our safety in mind. Cost, of course, is always high at shows. Nonetheless, the food was good and the beverages hit the spot. The sound was great, the fans around us were fun and help make a memorable night! Thanks for having these guys play! They still brought it!! Can I shout out to Mr. Smith and that drum solo!! Omgosh!!! Until next time....

Awesome outdoor venue lots of room & Space! Especially when the weather is awesome... it rained while there and i throught they sgould have haf a covered area for people too stand under at least during the heavy rain! Beside that seats were spacious easy to find seats!!
