Eine Top gepflegte Anlage. Super freundliches Personal und absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber die Anlage ist direkt am Strand. Das essen ist einsame Spitze. Meine Familie kommt seit Jahren hier her und wir werden das immer wieder tun. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig man wird auf der Liegewiese bedient und es fehlt einem an nichts.

Beautiful place breathtaking views and serviceminded staff. Cosy 9-hole par 36 golfcourse perfect to get in shape. Had to leave earlier due to covid but Expedia refused to refund they didn’t even answer. So never more Expedia for me.

Amazing resort. Grown up visiting this resort and honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Have such incredible memories here, the whole resort is breathtaking. Stayed in the Ocean Suites in recent years which is lovely, lovely staff and great rooms.

It’s a village not just a hotel, we stayed at the residence, the apartment is good 3 bedrooms with 3 toilets, not luxurious but good.. very comfortable beds and pillows.. the pool of the residence is big and respecting social distance, very big space around the pool .. it was perfect .. u have to order a golf cart from the reception or use ur car to go for breakfast which is at the main hotel. Breakfast was good (4 stars). But service over all is 5 stars .. they have hardworking team, very polite and friendly. The beach is a long walk but very beautiful must go early to book sun beds ( it’s a 5 stars hotel I didn’t understand why they charge an expensive amount for sun beds for their residents) this is not acceptable.The kids play area close to the golf club and pine cliff residence also paid for some activities like the bungee jumping and electric cars and free for some like the basket ball.Restaurant: Mare always crowded so u have to go or book early, Yakuza always good better book. Corda Cafe was good too for anytime dining or snacking.Opposite the hotel u have a street full or restaurants, a supermarket , a pharmacy , China market shops .. we tried the O martinos Italian restaurant was extra good.20 min drive to Albufeira Marina where they have different activities, pirate ship tour, dolphin tour , parasailing, check Algarve fun they had the cheapest tickets! Many coffee shops and restaurants.Another 30 min drive to vale de lobo where u have beautiful restaurants and vilamoura is a must !!

Spacious clean accommodation, very comfortable. Many excellent pools with sunbeds and towels readily available. Beautiful 9 hole golf course and tennis facilities. Restaurants OK, overpriced for the fayre in my opinion.

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights and we had a truly amazing time. The location is amazing, and we loved to have the beach and several swimming pools to enjoy. We spend one of the morning relaxing at the Spa and that was one of the highlights. The staff is extremely professional, and everything was just perfect. I highly recommend it for couples or families since it has a lot of space and activities for everyone.

Muita confusao e nao se consegue ter 1 toldo com 2 camas na praia mesmo chegando as 10h. Restaurantes so marcando com 3/4 dias de antecedencia ou temos de ir comer fora do empreendimento. Impensável num hotel de 5 estrelas. Grande desilusão para quem utilizou este hotel ha cerca de 5 anos antes (esse sim 1 hotel de 5 estrelas).

Ich war zu Gast in diesem schönen Hotel. Es ist ein gutes Hotel und es war eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Das Personal ist professionell, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.Sehr professionell fand ich, dass das Frühstücksbüffet hinter Schutzglas (wegen Corona) war und das Personal alles den Gästen gegeben hat hier sollten viele davon lernen, denn es ist sehr vorbildlich.Ein Supermarkt sowie diverse Restaurant’s sind 5-15 Gehminuten entfernt. Natürlich kann man aber auch im Hotel in deren Restaurants essen.Es gibt frisch gepressten O-Saft, Melonensaft und vieles mehr. Das Frühstück war stets frisch. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer welches ich hatte war auch gut

The hotel is truly an exquisite hidden jewel enjoying a spectacular, prime seafront location on the amazing coastline of the Algarve.Pine Cliffs is a 5-star hotel, but it is so much more than that, it’s a resort, a golf course, a spa, a lifestyle and an experience.The resort aims to have everything you need for your vacation right on property and we have to admit they nailed it. During our 3 days at the resort the only moment we left the property was to go for a walk in the beach right outside the property.

DIRTY!!! Our baby vomited on the bedsheets and it wasnt cleaned for 3 days until we finally asked them. Also there was what looked like dried blood on the lampshade. Poor service in general and everything was blamed on Covid restrictions. On the plus side the Japanese restaurant was excellent and the location is great.

Fantástico resort para vacaciones familia. Eso sí, es lujoso y por lo tanto muy caro tanto la estancia como cualquier gasto allí.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, but the service is not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel, the staff is rude and unprepared and seem to blame the client when something goes wrong or use covid as an excuse.- The first appalling thing is that you need to have some special cards to use towels at the pool, they seem to be afraid that people will steal their towels.- The rooms are not clean- The staff is unhelpful: We had a duplex suite that was extremely small and packed with furniture, as we have a small baby and the bedroom could barely fit a cot we asked to see other option when we arrived and the receptionist said there wasn’t much she could do as that was “our mistake”, she kept repeating that all the time.- On our second day we ordered room service from their app, when the order came it was completely wrong (we had had the same food the night before so we knew that it wasn’t what we ordered), and it was served in boxes with no cutlery. We called the room services staff and the answer was again that it was our problem, we kept trying to talk to the duty managers, but no one took responsibility, they ended up charging us the entire amount and not even apologising for the mistake.

Een fantastische bestemming niet te ver van de luchthaven Faro. Ongeveer 20 minuutjes met de taxi. De Algarve is een top bestemming en dit hotel met al zijn mogelijkheden zoals golf, tennis, yoga, Pilatus, fietsen, ellenlange wandelingen op het strand is een echte aanrader. Het eten is ook fantastisch en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Wij zijn fan! Tot binnenkort!

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans la suite de lhôtel (environ 400€/nuit ! ) et avons le sentiment clair davoir été trompé. Nous nous attendions à un 5 étoiles mais les services quand ils ne sont pas facturés sont de niveaux 2 étoiles. Lespace Petit Déjeuner (il y en a plusieurs mais aucun ne nous a été particulièrement conseillé et certains sont payants en plus) est un self service (avec des produits entrée de gamme, sans surprise) en sous sol, la terrasse est un couloir qui donne accès à la terrasse sur Jardin mais qui elle est ouverte au restaurant payant. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées, il ny a pas de services autour de la piscine ou à la plage. Le bar avec la plus belle vue ferme à 20:00. Le restaurant bar de plage nest ouvert que le midi et cest un supplément, encore. Cest une offre type club de vacances dans un cadre certes magnifique mais sans attention particulière. Pour en profiter il faut payer encore, malgré le prix des chambres. Je ne recommande pas du tout pour un couple sans enfant qui cherche simplement un moment de confort digne dun véritable hôtel. NB : je passe les serviettes avec quelquechose (???) écrasée dedans. Nous avions averti le concierge mais aucun retour, aucun mot.... par contre le couteau livré en chambre est bien facturé 5 euros. Cela résumé a peu près ces 3 jours perdus dans ce resort.

Vorweg dieses Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Meine Gründe für diese Meinung. Meine Verlobte wollte mir etwas besonderes anlässlich meines 40igsten Geburtstagstages schenken und da ich Portugal sehr mag hat sie sich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Als wir ankamen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer als Ursprünglich gebucht gegeben. Dieses Zimmer lag direkt vor dem Pool vor dem überall Kinder spielten. Zum Glück konnten wir da aber noch problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Jetzt komme ich aber zum Hauptgrund der meine Meinung bildet. An meinem Geburtstag hatte meine Verlobte am Tag zuvor ein deluxe Frühstück mit allem drum und dran für unser Zimmer bestellt und zwar für 9Uhr. Es war 9uhr aber kein Frühstück also rief ich nach 30min an der Rezeption und dem Zimmerservice an niemand wusste etwas. Es gab angeblich keine Bestellung was aber wie bereits erwähnt nicht zutraff. Uns wurde dann doch noch ein Deluxe Frühstück auf Zimmer gebracht. Diese enthielt nur Wurst Käse etwas gebäck und schlechten Kaffee. Später am Tag ging ich persönlich an meinem Geburtstag zur Rezeption um mich darüber zu beschweren. Natürlich war man darüber an der Rezeption enttäuscht und man versprach mir zur Wiedergutmachung eine Flasche Champaner. Es kamen dann zwei Flaschen mittelklassiger Sekt welcher scheußlich schmeckte. Am Abend wollte wir dann herunter ins ans Meer um im Mare zu Essen . Am Tag zuvor wurde uns dort noch erklärt das momentan aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation keine Reservierung möglich sei und bei langen Warteschlangen eine Warteliste mit Namen geführt wird gut fand ich in Ordnung und war ich bereit zu akzeptieren. Am Abend meines Geburtstages kamen wir zu besagten Restaurant dann hieß es aufeinmal nur mit Reservierung und man sei bereits ausgebucht.....Das Spa angeblich das beste der Welt. Sicherlich das mit dem stolzesten Preis. Wir hatten uns für 3 Std die exquisite Spa suite für 3 std gebucht. Kein Ambiente blick vom jacuzzi auf ein schlichte Sauna Tür. Im Angebot waren auch frische Früchte enthalten die es dann nicht gab aber es nirgendwo vermerkt wurde. Als wir gingen habe ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht die Ausrede hierfür war because of corona.......(was ok ist aber vermerkt werden muss und nicht voll berechnet werden kann). Es gab noch soviel mehr was man eher von einem 3 sterne hotel und nicht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Sehr ärgerlichIch habe bereits mehrere Luxushotels weltweit ausprobiert aber dieses verdient keine 5 Sterne ich werde es auch auch niemals wieder besuchen. Was schade ist den die Lage ins sehr schön.

Just come back from a cheeky little 4 days in Portugal and my wife booked this bplace as our base to have a look around the Algarve. Great little all encompassing resort, you wouldnt have to leave the place if you like swimming, eating, golf, tennis... but its a 20 minute walk along the beautiful beach to Olha Do Aguas, or a 4 mile walk to Vilamoura if you fancy a trek. Service was awesome. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but thats what you get in place this gorgeous.

Very friendly staff, incredible views of the beach, and located a very central location in the Algarve. Brunch was great, too!! You don’t even have to leave the resort because everything is right at your fingertips. 5 stars!!

Schönes Hotel, etwas Abseits gelegen. Deshalb ist aus unserer Sicht ein Mietwagen notwendig. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Leider herrscht beim Frühstück regelmäßig Chaos, vor allem, wenn man wie wir spät frühstückt. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Niveau.Strand und Strandbar sind top. Ebenso erstklassig ist die Bar an der Klippe. Leider werden Stammgäste nicht erkannt. Wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel, immer mit Mietwagen und nicht in der Hauptsaison.

Hey beautiful place to stay and visit

Pine Cliffs is a wonderful resort with plenty of amenities for all ages. Numerous pools, private beach, two gyms and a host of bars and restaurants. That’s on the plus side. Unfortunately the food in all the restaurants varies from poor to average and is very highly priced. There is little by way of night time live entertainment and what we saw it was of poor quality. In summary, a five star resort of five star quality but unfortunately being run as a four star establishment.

Absolutely top of the range of all Marriott resorts I have visited till today. Stylish, well tended, mirroring Portuguese architecture and offering a lot. You will not want to go out!

This place was amazing! It offered any and everything you could possibly want in a resort. We loved our townhouse and the easy walk down to the beach. Because it was winter, we did use the outdoor pools, but the indoor one was fantastic! The staff was very helpful all the time. We had a great dinner in the cafe and a delicious lunch at the restaurant Zest - all so easy to walk to. The beach was beautiful! We only had a one-night stay, but would have been happy to stay longer!

This hotel looks like a 5 star and charges like a 5 star but I am being generous when i say every experience you have is 2 star. There are so many ridiculous things that go on that I cannot count them all. I would advise anyone thing of staying here to find another hotel.

Highly recommended if you are staying in the Alagave. I’m sure there are a million more amazing locations in this region but this was perfect.

All outdoor pools too cold to use. Indoor pool good. Games room a bit tired needs some new kit. Ground of hotel besutiful. Some accommodation dated other brand new. Great beach access via glass lift and boardwalk. Towel system great. Restaurants expensive.

The 1 star is only for the fantastic work from the restaurant staff.But unfortunately front desk and concierge are very unhelpful and rude!Broke my foot on site and after arriving from hospital we tried to call front desk for about 2 hrs to try to see if they had a wheelchair available and simply they were transferring our call to several different people ( that we had to explain thousand of times over and over again why we were looking for a wheelchair) and they couldn’t not answer our question! And also several times the call got “disconnected “.This was so far the worst travel experience we had regarding customer service!

We had a really great time at Pine Cliffs. We stayed in one of the Golf Suites, 2 bedrooms and living area. Room was very clean and modern furnishings. Kitchen had all major utensils, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The resort itself was beautifully kept. Multiple restaurants (though because of the time of year that we went - first week of April - quite a few of the restaurants were not open yet). Private beach with lift from the cliffs to the beach level was awesome. Beautiful cliff-top, and beach level bar. Resort really well thought out for kids - ramp access everywhere great for pram. Amazing playground with 2 life-size pirate ships, volleyball, basketball, bouncy castle, mini golf. Multiple swimming pools - majority of them outdoors (a bit cold in April as they werent heated), but the indoor pool was heated and beautiful. Other facilities that we didnt use: gym, daycare facilities.Close to Zoomarine theme park, which is also worth a look.We had a great time, and would definitely consider going again.

Superbe parc . Très propre .plage parfaite piscine top avec bar dans l eau .salle de sport .petit cocktail . Logement en maison à coté climatisée avec ménage tous les jours .bonne literie. Par contre tout le reste est TRES cher . Le restau snack vers piscine ne casse pas 3 pattes à un canard avec des pizzas pas top . La plage avec les serviettes et Transat abrité est vraiment bien .
