In the middle of a very difficult conversation with them. What Id really like is simply a refund for the regalia I ordered and have not received. Seems to be excessively difficult however. So far Ive had the phone put down on me and my call going to answering machine. Using a different number to call from was then successful as far as getting someone to talk to. Will update if there is better news.

Griffith University Graduation Photos- $15 booking fee - photographers are using Kit Cameras, Kit lens, but thank god they have some studio lighting. My iphone has better lighting than your photos.When we asked to see photos after the photos taken - we were informed there are too many people, and not enough time for you to preview your photos. Mate, we graduate once in our lives and you are rushing us to take the photo and not let us preview. COME ON MATE!After photos were delivered, lighting was extremely poor, despite having 2 studio flashlights!!!! Shadows were casted from me onto my family on the group photo. I am also a professional wedding photographer and videographer and know that this is definitely sub-standard to any services offered even by an amateur.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, use your iphone and some sunlight outside and you would do fantastic !

2 years running & terrible service with school photos. First year it took months to arrive & in stages.This year my sons year 12 photos taken in July.... still nothing!!Terrible quality, bad service & overpriced.Don’t ever use or recommend this company.

Terrible and useless customer service for the price they charge and false advertising, digital photos took more than 4 business days as stated on website.

Not cheap want you to do it all online to keep costs down and charge you extra for doing so
