Had a great time with friends. Loved the table-side service in the theater. The space between you and the person in front of you is very generous.

Very comfortable recliners. Food and drink was good. Try the jumbo shrimp and bloody mary. Yum pizza is heck of alot better than the chain restaurants

First time going and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. I was really excited to try this place for a date night. Arrived early to order food and the tablet would not load the menu so I went to the front counter and they came into the theater to take our order and told us to push the buttons on the seats if we needed anything else. Mid way through the movie our tablet completely stopped working, pushed the button about 50+ times and no one came. Kind of ruined the whole ‘movie and dinner’ experience all together. When I left I let the guy know the buttons weren’t working and he said ‘oh those haven’t worked for awhile’ nice of the first guy to let us know that? It’s a great idea but totally sucks when you don’t even get to order.

This was my 2nd time to see a movie here. We had a large group from work on discount Tuesday to see Avengers Endgame. After reading all the low reviews, I was unsure what to expect regarding timeliness of receiving food and drinks, especially since most of the showings were sold out. Our large group was attended to promptly and the food was great, as it was my 1st visit! I was very impressed with how wait staff handled serving our full theater. Most patrons ordered food or drinks and as far as I could tell, there werent any problems. I will definitely be back! My coworkers and I had a great time and we intend to have more movie get togethers in the future. Great job M&D!!!

Comfortable seats clean only thing was it took them a little long to come take our order but once ordered the food was there fast and very good.

Food was okay but expensive. Seats recline with footrests. Prebooked seating assignment. Quality sound and picture.

We really enjoyed the small setting comfortable seating and the fact that they bring you food and drinks write to you while you watch the movie and their cheesecake is to die for.

This multi-screen movie complex is a nice addition to Northern Quest ... food and beverage service at your seat or in the outer lobby.

Good idea, just not executed well. Tablet ordering system absolutely didnt work, forcing movie goers to leave there seats to go order at in the lobby anyways. Whoever forced those tablets into use before actually making sure they worked should be in a hot seat! The poor employees were getting abused by less understanding guests, as the line to order overpriced cafeteria food took almost 10 min.

Really enjoyed this theater previously. Enjoy the size of the smaller theaters. Liked being served in the theater and able to request things without leaving the movie. Visited for the 4th time this weekend and were shocked to learn that the food prices had doubled - now food items are extremely overpriced where previously I thought the prices were fair. No longer worth our drive.

I like it! Comfortable theater with food options. Don’t care so much for the food, but it’s priceless to watch a movie with your favorite cocktail in your hand. Great place to relax behind the big screen.

Edit: changing from 2 to 1 stars. Turns out they have tablets to order from now (was not offered one), so we just sat there until someone finally helped us and ordered a pita plate. It was the grossest thing I’ve ever eaten. The pita bread was stale and tasted microwaved. The hummus was terrible!Movies are good, seats are comfy, but if you want to order food in the theater the service is almost non existent. We have been here about 5 times and have almost never had good service. 1/2 the lights don’t work on the tables and even when they do no one comes to serve you. Check out how they do it at the Alamo. Those places have it down.

I have continue to attend movie here even with all of the issues they have with web site double booking, popcorn machine failures, call buttons not working, and very slow servers.... After attending a movie last night and having to deal with ordering from a tablet not a server with new pricing for menu items (way over priced food ($90 for family of 4))... my family will be going a lot less if at all since Airway heights has another movie theater.

Undecided rating.... Movie seating and sound quality was five stars for sure. I ordered pulled pork sliders... They were fairly decent... The French fries that came with them... I give that a 1 star. Worst fries Ive EVER eaten. They were cold... And my guess sitting around for a couple hours.. so they were hard as well. I will return but wont eat.

Less than one star. What happened Northern Quest? Ive been to Dinner and a Movie several times & the experience was always great. Tonight is a different story. Took 20 minutes to get checked in and get the new tablet to order food.and drinks. It doesnt work. Had to leave movie to get my own drink at bar. Tablet is froze, cant order food. Staff is not helpful. Already missed first 20 minutes of the movie. Not sure if well be back.

Always a great time! Food and drinks is served to you at your seat. Sometimes service does take a little while, but the food is always great, a little pricey though. Their fries are my favorite!

Clean place. Spotty service. Some seats are directly under bright lights that dont turn off thru the movie (not just exit signs). Hard to beat the ticket prices though!

Food is expensive, but not bad food. An interesting experience for sure. Their Tuesday movie deal is a great price.

3.5 Stars, I do enjoy this theater, been here a handful of times including recently this Saturday. Reasonably priced movie tickets and food is okay. Discontent is the theater we were in was a little messier than we would have liked. Floors did not look swept. The button to order food at our chairs were broken, so we had to flag down our waiter or use our neighbors button.

Exit signs too bright for movie theater. Stair lights too bright for aisle seats. Employees have frequently mistaken my orders or not responded to button press. Could be amazing, but is lackluster.

Wonderful assistance from the front counter! The web site bounced me out when purchasing tickets a few days prior. When I reentered the site I didnt notice the date had changed & I bought tickets for the wrong date - he transferred the tickets for me, saving us from losing $68. Thank you!

Their food service was horrible. This is the second time we have gone thinking that the service would improve and it was actually worse than before. We waited forever for someone to take our order and only saw our waitress once during the meal and had to ask someone else for our check since she was nowhere to be found.

Service in restaurant was horrible! Waited for wait staff for several minutes and we were the only people in there. Waitress came out 1 time to check on us! Someone other than waitress brought our check! The theater was not very clean either! Charges 15% service gratuity automatically on bill, no wonder the service sucks they get their tip regardless! Bathrooms are nasty and out of supplies! Stay away from this place if you want good service!

They have Smaller theaters and the chairs are a bit spaces out for people who don’t like crowds. Foods a bit expensive but worth it for the cheap ticket prices.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for our food and when it came out we were missing half of it. We had to ask and she said they were out or pork slider, Asked for burger sliders instead, 15 minutes later we had to call our server and ask him about our food. He had no idea. So we waited an hour for his food total. Maybe if you didn’t have auto gratuity your servers would be more inclined to give good service. Half of our movie was interrupted by a lady yelling at management because they forgot her drinks three times.

The movie theater is great, the service was not great especially for an automatic 20% gratuity, the food was pretty bad. My girlfriend ordered the chicken tenders and I ordered the lobster roll, neither of us ate besides our fries, I didnt know chicken strips could come out that bad. Will definitely be back but, will not order the food and will just eat ahead of time which unfortunately ruins the whole point of Movie and Dinner.

Better experience than any of the other theaters in Spokane for about half the money. Also, theyll bring you beer right to your seat.

Cheap tickets, decently priced snacks. More affordable than the traditional chain theaters. Only complaint was that the arms of my seat and my table were sticky.

We love this place and will return. We all do wish though that the food was better. My daughters hummus really wasnt good and my food was just alright.

Okay now, this is fun. Recliner seats. Push a button and waitress comes to take order, before, during, or after movie. Meal, snacks, dessert, and a choice of beverages ( including alcohol--if desired). Great service.

Went on a date with my lady and had a very bad experience. First off waited in line for 20 minutes to get tickets (so we missed the first 5 mins of movie)... then we were given an electronic pad to order food, which didnt work. So had to leave movie to go get drinks in another line so missed more of the movie. I would recommend going out to a dinner and then going to mall for movie. So sad to see what could have been a great night turn sour.

I realy enjoy gling, its small and comfortable. The food is good could have more choices but perfect for snacking if u dont want a big meal.
