I arrived as they closing, but still serviced my car quickly and professionally. The mechanic did a general check up while he did my oil change and I definitely appreciated it. As he showed me the parts my car needed replaced and finding prices; he was walking me through how long it would run before really needing them replaced. They had a great demeanor, knew how to explain the services that needed to made, and the most important the price wasn’t horrible. He even added coupons!**Would definitely recommend**

Meineke in Addison has been my go to mechanic for months and I have no regrets. Since I drive an older car, Ive had to go to this shop a good number of times in the last year. Each repair on my car has been professionally done and I have had no problems with my car after they return it to me. The cost of these repairs are pretty fair too and the team always helps me find the best value I can whenever I bring my car in. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I went here on a whim because I needed a oil change badly. The customer service was great and the gentleman were very helpful! I didn’t even realize how badly I needed a new brake pad until they showed me how much I was missing, and they did everything quickly and efficiently! Was quick service and professional until I questioned the bill when I went to pay. I was surprised to hear my bill would be $15 more than quoted over the phone when I gave him my make and model earlier that day. After making excuses in an agitated manner, he gave me a discount and coupon for next time. I explained I simply wanted to know upfront the added disposal fee and possible upgraded filter charge and felt like it was false advertising. He completely disagreed. Oh and this was after I agreed to come in earlier than my appointment time when he called me. Not a fan of that type of customer service.

Great local mechanic finished my repairs fast. It’s my go to Mechanic for all my cars. Very friendly owner who doesn’t bs you. The front desk is Covid-19 safe and owner wears a mask for your safety.

One of the best places to take your car. I only trust this place with my vehicle. The guys there are awesome , there work is always excellent. Never had any issues and can always trust them with anything they suggest. I really recommend bringing your car here next time .

Mike was very thorough, professional and polite. Did not try to sell me anything that I did not need at the moment. We did discuss the fact that I should probably replace 3 of my tires before winter and the other newer one still had a lot of wear left on it. Will definitely go back.

I went in to get front brakes. I see advertisements for Easy Pay. I apply and was accepted. When it was time to pay, I show the shop manager I was approved and he claims they were never setup for Easy Pay. He try to convince me to apply for a Meineke Credit Card. Why would I do that when I was already approved for this one? So, I went ahead and paid.I call Easy Pay to explain that they were never in their sysyem. The operator states that they are and called Meineke. He tells the operator that he never used it in awhile. WAIT.....how can that be when I was told youre not set up?Why the need to lie? How can I trust the quality of their work when blatantly lied about a simple payment setup?Would of gotten a zero but one is the lowest.

This particular Meineke off Lake Street is excellent. Always good prices and great service. They are not afraid to go the extra mile to figure out your problem.

So I went in for an oil change on 3/7/2020. Everything was going ok until the mechanic handed over the inspection paper to the person in the lobby. I got up to pay and noticed a pretty big confederate flag drawn on the lower right side of my paper.... once I saw that my whole experience went down the toilet. Do you guys do that on everyones paper or just the brown skin, Spanish speaking Latinos? I hope me speaking Spanish in your lobby was an inconvenience.. Maybe next time keep your opinions to yourself and be more professional since you are at work... Definitely never going back.

I made an appointment they took my car right away. It didn’t take long and I wish I had his name but the gentleman at the desk was super nice. He explained me my options and I was satisfied with the work. Thank you! I will be coming back. Keep up the great work!!!

In Illinois visiting family when my starter gave out the day before we were to leave. Came to the shop late in the day. I didn’t think anyone would get to my car anytime soon. The guys had my car in the shop in less than ten minutes and got me going in a couple hours. We were back on the road without delay. Price wise I’m not all that up on it to say, but Bring away from home, I think was well worth it. I’m back home and the starter worked flawlessly. Thanks a million guys. You saved my bacon.

They have very friendly staff at this location. They work with you and they get the work done quickly. If there is a problem after they have repaired something, they will fix it right away. I’m a Marine Corps Vet and they are military friendly.

Rude staff.. they didnt do any of the extras that says its included in oil change. As in rotate tires, check fluids(they didnt even add windshield wiper fluid)... wont go back
