Pleasant place in middle of a garden with books & plants. Had takeout beef ragu, very nicely made, with a little spice - red pepper flakes- at my request. Another customers burger passed me as I waited and it looked scrumptious. My nephews had the mini cakes- red velvet, chocolate and carrot cake. Feedback on the chocolate cake was that it was super. Decent quantities, cute packaging for a fair price. Ill go back in the new year to try out their other cakes & pastries.
Cool place to hang with a loved one. Great meals and service
All I can say is, carrot cake here is WORTH EVERY NAIRA! I loved my carrot cake, it was amazing!Strobriē sits in a serene environment and it is a plant haven. I love love plants (especially indoor plants) and it was refreshing to be there. Also there’s a pond right in front which is a pretty sight. It’s a relaxed atmosphere in Strobriē (comfortable chairs, airy and clean) also there’s a wide array of books here by @thebookmarket_ng I was concerned that there wasn’t a menu for me to go through I wonder why. Anyway this is the home of pastries (cakes, cookies, macarons, scones, cinnamon rolls, brownies etc.) and some cold and hot drinks.Damage - Mini Carrot cake: 1600Blue berry lemonade: 1500Chocolate cup cake: 500Hot chocolate: 1000Lemonade: 1000Crinkles (red velvet cookies): 1000All prices in Naira.
Lovely cafe in a serene environment. The food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. The blueberry cheesecake is one of my favourites and mango too, when its available. The beef ragu is also a hit! Its a great place to have brunch with friends or if youre looking for a quiet place to get some work done. Will definitely be going back.
An amazing cafe with wonderful ambience perfect for some time alone or with a friend. They offer delicious food for breakfast & lunch and their cakes are out of this world. The bookmarket is nicely stocked with various authors including your favorite African authors. Their crafts centre has beautiful earrings to bring out your inner bohemian. They also offer paint and sip classes every other Saturday for an alternative way of spending Saturday evenings.Overall, I love coming here because I always leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face.
Strobrie is a bright and green cafe located at FHIA Gardens. This place is best known for its sweet treats however, since they just started their savoury dishes in February, my friends and I decided to try it out.So what do we think:ENVIRONMENTThis place is one of the most unique spaces weve been to in Abuja. It features quirky objects, lush greenery all round, book shelves, potted plants, pottery and wooden decor. This place is great if you want to get some work done or if you want to get the creative juices flowing. It is great for groups, work dates and informal dates. Theres also free Wifi here.SERVICEService is decent. The drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive while food took about 40 minutes to arrive. The menu here would need some kind of reinforcement.FOODWe opted for the Beef Ragu, Mayo Chicken Sandwich, Beef Burger and Mini carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The beef ragu was a hearty dish which had the sweetness from the tomatoes it was made with. The beef itself was tender and pulled apart so easily. Pasta was al dente and absorbed the ragu nicely. However, we wouldve loved to see more cheese on this dish. The mayo sandwich was a pleasant surprise, the chicken had a sweet and spicy taste with hints of fresh citrus. The homemade ciabatta bread was nicely toasted and had a soft center. The sandwich had a nice balance of veggies and chicken. The Beef Burger had a lovely Hokkaido milk bun and a juicy beef patty. However, the patty needed some seasoning otherwise it would have been great. Both the burger and sandwich were served with fries. The mini carrot cake was a treat of wholesome and decadent goodness with a rich carrot flavour, what made it even better was the delicious cream cheese frosting. That frosting is perfection. For drinks, we had lemonade, orange juice and berry ice tea. All of which were refreshing and we liked that they were served in Mason jars.PRICINGThe pricing is quite fair. A main, dessert and drink cost about 6000 naira. This really depends on what you order.
Ordered over the phone, delivery was fast.I would definitely recommend the red velvet crinkles, and banana cake with toffee. Has the brownies as well, if you like a rich chocolate taste you would love them. Only down side is the portions are smaller than I expected but definitely one of the best sweet treats I’ve had in Abuja.
The ambience was very serene, with the music. And the food was great, I had the English breakfast, it was little portions of a number of things. Would definitely recommend
They forgot to take our order
Its a really chill place, very calming. I didnt try the menu but I visited for a live paint and it was exciting. The plants, the environment... It brings out the artist in you.
Top Quality hangout spot. Lovely woven into matured woodland and a fish pond. Super!!!
If you love nature you would love this placeit’s a really beautiful place to go to and relax with your loved ones!!!

Retro shop with beautiful nature-inspired ambience. Joanne definitely knows her cakes. Loved the carrot cake the most
Cool but not really like the pictures which is what made me visit.Service was a bit cold. My Shake took ages to arrive.
Smells and tastes unlike anything youve experienced.
Broader menu since their move.Loving the savoury options.
The best red velvet cake Ive ever had
Quiet and nice place, and the best pastries in Abuja! Please keep going!
