Had two younger employees load. 56 paverstones on a pallet. Nice kids however. When we got on site. 3 were broken. That we must return.Which sucks since we live 125 miles from the site.

Plenty of room. Prices not bad

Great customer help from the lady working the register. She helped me load 25 sheets of plywood.

Very friendly ppl willing to help, not very knowledgeable but they aint afraid to ask someone else to get you an answer.

Garbage store with a couple good people. Isles arent labeled, signs are blank, one person running one checkout in professional services while ALL the self checkouts were blocked off, etc. Ive posted pictures here of all the above. Also, all isles are in the stupidest layout Ive ever seen in any Home Depot from Rockwall to Sweetwater. Someone needs to come in and fix this store. The people working there are the only reason this didnt get 1 star.

I took my 14 year old daughter to look Tools as she is interested in building her own things. It was a successful trip she purchased a large tool box for her coming collection.

For most part...good visit. Found what we needed.Was looking to buy a washer an dryer set.Three and four employees would be gathered together by these products but not one offered to help us.

Nice store and friendly people. My only complaint is they apparently dont have a system similar to My Lowes, so if I want to order something on-line and get my military discount I have to order at the store.

I’ve been to this Home Depot quite a bit. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with this location and took my business to Lowe’s. After Lowe’s did not have an item I was looking for, I decided to give Home Depot another shot. As I walked in I was greeted by the cashier and was helped by a gentlemen named Tim (who looked very tired from moving Christmas trees) that took me straight to the product. After speaking with Tim on my previous visits and the bad experiences, he stated that the store has recently had a change in management. He assured me a lot has changed and that anytime I’m in the store, I can ask for him and he will come and assist with anything I need. Very refreshing visit from the past.

Love this place and now I love it even more, go see my son Jordan

Always nice going to HD. The associates are always helpful and the military discount is a really nice benefit for the big purchases.

Don’t come here often, but the staff seems to be knowledgeable about their products.

Bought flooring to be installed. They didnt tell us that we would have to schedule installation, they couldnt schedule. When we called the independent contractor it was scheduled 5 weeks out. Been a total of 2 months and floor still waiting to be insstalled.

Went in for just 2 things got help fast and then paid for my 2 things and left happy
