Wonderful and very helpful employees. If you kinda know what youre looking for, they will know what you need.

This is an ok store. Employees are friendly. My biggest issue is they always have the isle that l need to shop in,shut down when I am there.

I dove 45 minutes to buy a grill they said they had in stock on their website upon arrival to the store i looked for the grill but i could not find it. I asked an associate for help and they couldnt find it either so upon asking another associate for help he stated ohh another guy came in last week and was looking for the same one and they didnt have it. So knowing a week ago they didnt have it they neglected to try and fix their inventory counts and I feel as if I got told ohh well, no sorry for the inconvenience lets get you a coupon or something to make up for our mistake just an ohh well.

It was good. On more than one occasion a HD employee left their cart in th middle of the aisle. Customers couldnt get by. I had to move one cart and another customer moved another (different locations in the store). The customer mindset seemed lacking.

I tried to rent a carpet shampooer twice from here. Apparently they were not checked before renting out because the neither of the sprayers worked. I wont be wasting anymore time renting from here. Also Ive been here for 15 minutes now waiting for them to find my $50.00 deposit they lost.

This Home Depot in Aberdeen is very clean and well organized!Great store!!I usually expect a mess, with piles of stuff jamming the aisles, when I go to other Home Depot stores.

David from the paint department was so helpful. I was getting paint for projects for my kids. I felt special despite the numerous other customers that were waiting. I felt lije a client of Jerry McGuire... more personal service. It is evident that David takes pride in his work.

Bought a brand new washing machine from here (1000 dollar Maytag). The first time it was run, it left spotting in our laundry. Called home depot to tell them a defective model was delivered, they said too bad, you have to work with the manufacturer. Manufacture sent over a repair person said the whole motherboard needed replaced I was surprised the home depot wouldnt help us. Who wants a broken machine, its been a few weeks and we are ruining our close. Buy your appliances form Lowes, they offer 30 day trial periods.

I like this store, easy to find what Im looking for, both product and help if needed.

Buy some appliances in Home Depot Aberdeen,Maryland. The staff very polite, good service! The delivery done by Mr. Humberto and Mr. Wilson very professional! I recomend this place!

If there was an option for less than one star, Id use it! Today we were told that unless we presented a DOD-issued ID card we could not receive a 10% veterans discount, even though my husband, who had served many years in the Marine Corps, had done the proper paperwork and has a Maryland State-issued drivers license clearly printed VETERAN. He had to show his DD214 to have this issued to himself by the MVA. Whats worse is that Home Depot had in the past accepted this form of veteran ID, until today the cashier said she was sorry, but she had just been informed she could no longer do so and showed us the acceptable forms.Thank you, Home Depot for caring for your veterans!

I spent half my time trying to find someone to help me get drywall off the shelf. Finding help to load my truck took even longer. How come they require customers to wear mask but I saw an employee doing inventory with her mask on her chin. FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES! It is a state law.

The Customer Services personnel were nice and had smiles on their faces.

Always nice to be able to walk into a store and get what you need first visit. Pricing is always a bit higher than other merchants but this makes it easier than waiting for something to be delivered.

It was so refreshing to actually have employees eager to assist customers

Cudtomer service was great. Just wish supply chains were back up again. Disposable gloves were not in the store.

Curbside is joke. Took 30 minutes to get my order after I arrived and called. I was the only one at curbside. Went inside, there were 8 employees standing around, said they were getting the order together. I ordered 2 things, could have been in and out faster.

If I could have given this a - 2 I would. I just returned a water pump, and the customer service girl was anything but efficient. I was standing there waiting for someone to come and wait on me at the counter. She looked at me and then proceeded to take a person that just walked up to the counter. Just bad customer service.
