Haha! So funny. I was so happy when I learned that if I buy something worth 500 pesos and above I can get a free bag. I even told the lady why they asked me to pay for it last time but I got a free eco bag that day.I went back there today. I still asked the staff about the free bag (just to confirm) and I think I heard a “yes” for an answer only to find out that what they gave me today is something that looks like a rag. I think t is a used one. That is why it was turned inside out. I didn’t notice it while as I was at the store because I was in a hurry. I could have just paid for a clean one. (Just want to share my sentiment.) Just ask me to pay for a new or clean bag next time. 
